Seconded, I stumbled into this one during the Netflix disc days. It's really good.

I remember Green Street Hooligans. It was a good movie. While we're on older hooligan movies, saw Trainspotting not too long ago. Haven't seen that movie in probably 20 years and it still holds up.

What did you think of Trainspotting 2? I expected it to be garbage, it turned out ok IMO.

..any of you know the underdog story with him? Thrusted in as backup 1st yr. 2nd year as starter for Rams and reaching the SB same year, winning and getting MVP.

Any how (American Underdog) is good flick. Since your football fans, check it out.

Guarantee you wont see Warner the same again. :)

I saw the latest Kingsman movie on HBOMAX. It’s a prequel, but if you liked the other ones you’ll enjoy it. Same style. Matthew Vaughn is a good director. (Layer Cake, X-Men First Class). His style sort of reminds me of a cross between Guy Ritchie (Sherlock Holmes, Snatch, Man From Uncle) and Danny Boyle (Trainspotting, Slumdog Millionaire, 28 Days Later). Little over the top at times but those English directors have their own way of making it fun. As a history buff, I enjoyed how they tried to weave famous people events from WWI through the entire secret organization storyline.

Enjoyed the sequel too. Surprising how much I remembered the characters from the first one since the sequel was so much later. Guess that’s a sign of a good movie.

DNA based bio weapons. Very interesting.

People sending their DNA to companies, not reading the fine print, and it being sold to other companies. Makes you wonder

I finally saw Sidney Poiter's " Lillies of the Fields "

meh .... i thought it was quite average 5.0 on a scale 1 to 10. .

maybe in it's time and era it bacnk then it came off pretty impressed, as it was Oscar nominated, but this being my first time watching it, i wasn't the least be moved or impressed by the movie itself,
but i'm still glad Sidney got his Oscar and made history.

i cannot see myself re-watching Lillie nowhere near as much as i do " In the Heat of the Night." ...

T-134 currently on Tubi and maybe Pluto

WWII movie
Russian tank commander vs German Tank commander.
You can get the dubbed version or the original with captions.

Really enjoyed this movie. I like WWII movies and did not know much about this so it was a pleasant surprise.

I’ve always been interested in WWII history and I’ve started to watch documentaries again on it.

Ray Donovan The Movie. Good wrap up for the series. From father to son, from father to daughter.

Scream the new one. It’s ok. Better than some of the sequels. 7/10.
Holy smokes! Forgot all about this movie. Will have to catch it. I always enjoyed the Scream movies for some reason.
Free Guy - 7.5/10 - Good idea, some funny stuff, excellent graphics, but a bit corny and predictable at times. Worth a watch.
I really enjoyed it. As somebody who games, I could pick up on so many subtle things going on throughout the movie, either in the plot or happening in the background that made me chuckle. Sometimes the wife was left in the dark on my laughs as she doesn't play games.

Anybody see/going to see The Batman today? I really wanted to go, but my schedule may not permit tonight. I will absolutely be going this weekend. I just wanted to hear some early reviews from fellow forum members!

I have tickets for tomorrow at noon. I’ll give you a review afterwards.

Spoiler alert. Early reviews have been really good.
