I agree it was a ticky tacky call and not a hold given how the game had been officiated.

However, the Ramsey facemask not called gifted the Bengals 7 points so they have nothing to complain about.
Blatant missed call. I agree. Still don't know how they didn't throw a flag.

But if they do, it's 1st and 25 with 14:55 remaining in the third quarter.

If they didn't make that terrible call at the end, it's 4th and goal from the 8 with the superbowl on the line.

Big difference.

It will either be them or something extremely old like Motley Crue or something…..better appreciate this why you can lol.

You're my boy and all, but I can't let you take a dig on Motley Crue like that. Lol

That was a great halftime show tonight. Not sure why anyone would complain.

Fair play to Stafford. He shut up his doubters. Clutch last drive. First interception was essentially an arm punt so well worth the shot and second interception on the receiver.

Didn't shut me up..LOL...Refs should get the MVP. In no way should the refs decide a Super Bowl game. No flags until the Rams needed help to win. Pathetic:facepalm:

They have a ton to complain about. Watch the Rams OLINE tackling defenders earlier in the 15 play drive. Pathetic officiating
There will have been a whole load of calls overlooked for both teams. The Bengals were gifted 7 points with facemask which was embarrassing if people are being honest. If the Bengals had won from that it would have been another bad look for the NFL.

I do agree the hold on Kupp at the end was a bogus call but to me it went some way to balancing the poor no call on the facemask

Lest we forget...Zebras went rampaging on a one-side stampede last Super Bowl as well.

So you are ok with the clear facemask on Ramsey giving the Bengals 7 points?

Calls were missed on both sides all game long. Sure. The issue is the zebras made themselves a part of the story by changing the way they called the game on the rams scoring drive. Very suspect.

Exactly. How r u going to let them play all game and decide to throw a flag on a very ticky tack call to basically gift the Rams a TD.

It screams ratings/drama flag. NFL wanted the Rams to win and also prolong the game to make it more thrilling at the end

He choked in the SUPERBOWL!! second year in the league! Have no idea what you mean by measuring stick!!! Go to sleep it is late!!
It is 7:44 here.

The measuring stick is you have to drive down the field at the end of the game regardless of the situation. That is teachings from the CS ELITE QB "Experts".

That's the whole point. They didn't call the face mask which was worst then the Bengal hold. So why throw a flag there????

Good game overall. Personally I’d rather the official stay out of the way rather than decide the game like they did down the stretch during the playoffs so many times. It is kind of baffling though how you can have 25 penalties in a game throughout the regular season and then one or two during the entire Super Bowl. Lol

As opposed to giving it to the Bengals letting them get away with that facemask.
True, that face mask really was flagrant. It wasn't just incidental. It threw Ramsey off his feet and took him out of the play. There was no comparison to the little shirt grab that Ramsey got away with. Technically they could've called Ramsey for that, but it really had no negative effect on the receiver.
