2022 Week 1 Cowboys at Rams season opener?

Raiders were a playoff team too. So I’ll pick them. Bills Rams is probably a good Sunday nighter late in the season. Fox won’t want to give up a 49ers vs Rams matchup and the cowboys I don’t think should have the opening game two years in a row.

They didn't save Cowboys/bucs for layer this year.
The LA market can take care of itself. Tampa...not so much, that's why they needed the Cowboys to attract more viewers for the opener in 2021

The 2022 Thursday game to kick off the season will be Cowboys at Rams. Looking at the Rams home opponents, this makes most sense. Ratings bonanza, just as Jerry likes it.

Jerry’s a sucker for attention and rating$, so he likes facing the SB champs. Win for him.

The league LOVES the guaranteed rating$. A Cowboy loss/Jerry embarrassment is delicious gravy.

Anyone not a Cowboy diehard LOVES it.
