He was taking pictures for Jerry
More likely Steven who I have seen ogling the cheerleaders with a creepy smile on his face on more than one occasion. He was also known for bringing "guests" to cheerleader practices until Kelli Finglass put an end to that.

All I know is this....anyone who wants to peek up the skirt of a chick that looks like Jerry Jones with a wig on is a sick, sick person.
Jerry was the intended target I bet but too protected in the war room.

Yeah thats how it works !:D
I read the whole article, and maybe this could lead to jerry being forced to sell the team for covering this up??

Why would the guy have a key card to cheerleaders locker room? why would he go in? there was a mens restroom close by.
What happened to security film for that day??
Why would settlement demand secrecy and no disclosure ?

if this guy really did the charlotte upskirt, and the cheerleader incident, these would not be two random events, he probably did this a lot.
That what I'm saying. There's a lot of smoke here for Jerry to say no fire. One, jerry said we investigated it and found no wrongdoing. Um ok, there's nothing shady about that. Our HR team investigated our PR team and decided we're okay. Yep, sounds legit. Secondly, Dalrymple said he was in the cheerleaders area because he had to use the bathroom. Ok, so there was no other bathroom available besides the cheerleaders dressing room. And why does Dalrymple had the security key card to the cheerleaders dressing room?

Oh and my very favorite lie of this whole thing. They confiscated Rich's work phone and there were no pictures on it and Rich doesn't own a personal phone. Seriously? It's 2015, everyone older than 12 has their own phone. If you're going to lie at least don't insult our intelligence.

yeah lol I forgot that one  maybe he cant afford one working for jerry??
even worse is they ok I believe that lol.
it would be great if this led to jerry forced to sell, then we would have a normal team and owner again!!!!
Thats the only way we will ever get the cowboys back to normality. Jones family will never sell team in the next 30 years
Might as well call the team the Dallas jones boys......not PC lol so Dallas Jones Persons, Dallas Jonesy's and instead of the star on helmet
put a profile icon of Jerry on there.

For real, I'm hoping this starts an investigation that reveals all types of dysfunction and the NFL forces Jerry out. Ala what happened to the Clippers owner a couple years ago. I hope they find something that is big enough to force the Jones family out. That's the only hope for this franchise. We all know Jerry has problems, I'm hoping his problems are enough to be such a big scandal it forces the NFL's hand. Right now the Cowboys aren't looking too good. We started the offseason with Dak condoning violence against the refs. Then Jerry undermines McCarthy and now there's a sexual/perv scandal with the cheerleaders Jerry covered up for 7 years. I pray there's more and I pray they kick him out and we get a real owner and a real GM.

I have a weird feeling deviant behavior is more normal than not in the inner circles of NFL franchises.

Yeah probably more normal than not in the inner circles of most of the elites. It's like you get too much money and become a complete sicko. I mean geez they had an island. Disgusting.

Whoa, I'm not one to judge one prematurely but from the looks of things, it seems Rich Dalrymple is a very horny guy! :omg:

Dallas got their own little Danny Schneider......

What's next. GOOD GOD, this franchise.

Yes this is a poop stain that won't readily come out of the fabric of the Cowboys organization.

Dalrymple probably shared with Jerry that he likes to take beaver shots and Jerry rationalized his hobby was being a wildlife photographer.

I'm not sure I agree they handled it poorly. If the article is accurate, they investigated and while they couldn't find direct evidence that Dalrymple did something improper other than a mistake, they issued him a warning, settled the case with the complainants and changed their security procedures. I understand the desire to fire Dalrymple, but article states he too lawyered up and was prepared to fight the team on that through a wrongful termination suit.

Just because Dalrymple acted like a perv how is that the Cowboys fault? Unless he has a history of this behavior or the Cowboys were somehow were complicit in his behavior. At the same time, does it matter if he lawyered up? Texas is an "at-will" employment state and the Cowboys could have fired him for any reason or no-reason at all. In this case a wrongful termination case would be really hard to win. The Cowboys would have had to have violated his contract in the way they fired him. But I am almost certain his contract would give them the right to fire him for any conduct detrimental to the Cowboys organization.

Again, this is all assuming that Cohen and HR really did as they said, and could NOT find that evidence. Totally possible that they settled because they did find something/cover it up. Who is to say.

And it's not as cut and dried as that. At-will doesn't just mean you can whimsically fire people because you feel like it. Not saying it's an easy case to settle, but Dalrymple would/could have come hard.

Who knows - after sleeping on it, I worry I've given the Cowboys a bit more of the benefit of the doubt than I should have. I believe them when they say they did investigate and took the allegations seriously, but it's not that hard to imagine that they worked with Dalrymple on a cover up of some kind and when the Cheerleaders lawyered up, realized that they either turn over evidence or pay up. I suppose it's good they updated security and took steps to ensure it didn't happen again in the future, but if they really didn't find anything on the phone, I feel like they could have fought settling.

Employed???

If he did that to my daughter, losing his job would have been the very least of his worries.

That he didn't disappear is a shock to me, of his own volition or otherwise.

Even if he didn't do it the moment a second incident occurs he would be fired. And if he did do it to my daughter or anyone's daughter I'd beat him where he stood and gladly take the charge.

These incidents occurred in 2015, and the guy continues to work for the Cowboys for another 6 years. I mean, he's caught taking perv shots of Jerry's daughter, and Jerry keeps him around for all that additional time.

This organization is so messed up and broken.
he was "Caught?"

Money money money.... more money, more allegations, more money.
Im glad I am not a man in the limelight. Tired of this stuff to be honest. Hugh Heffner could have been a sick individual, but if you were the woman that lived his rich lifestyle for 5 or 6 years and didn't leave, now well after he is dead you want to complain how he did these horrible things to you... sorry, no sympathy from me.

Reminds me of Norm McDonald clips bashing woman being played on ... maybe Oprah or something. And he was asked by a woman, why would any woman want to be with you... he had a long paused and responded... "I'm Rich!"

Rich ugly guys that hang out with gorgeous gold diggers better start getting a legal contract signed by them that says the woman does whatever they do voluntarily under no duress, because as soon as the money stops flowing, now the allegations will start flowing.

lol wow

Dalrymple also was accused by a lifelong Cowboys fan of taking "upskirt" photos of Charlotte Jones Anderson, a team senior vice president and the daughter of team owner Jerry Jones, in the Cowboys' war room during the 2015 NFL draft, according to documents obtained by ESPN and interviews. The fan signed an affidavit that he was watching a livestream of the war room on the team's website when he said he saw the alleged incident.
Meh, who cares?
