Money money money.... more money, more allegations, more money.
Im glad I am not a man in the limelight. Tired of this stuff to be honest. Hugh Heffner could have been a sick individual, but if you were the woman that lived his rich lifestyle for 5 or 6 years and didn't leave, now well after he is dead you want to complain how he did these horrible things to you... sorry, no sympathy from me.

Reminds me of Norm McDonald clips bashing woman being played on ... maybe Oprah or something. And he was asked by a woman, why would any woman want to be with you... he had a long paused and responded... "I'm Rich!"

Rich ugly guys that hang out with gorgeous gold diggers better start getting a legal contract signed by them that says the woman does whatever they do voluntarily under no duress, because as soon as the money stops flowing, now the allegations will start flowing.
What does this have to do with Dalrymple allegedly violating the privacy of four unsuspecting Cowboys' employees?

Dalrymple's "retirement" seems more like an agreement between the parties to quietly move along so Jerry didn't have to fire him when this came out.

Being a PR guy, Dalrymple would certainly understand the pressure that would come on Jerry to do that if he was still around now.

uhmm... everything.

First off, there is zero proof as of this moment he did anything wrong. 2nd, money is always involved and that always makes me wonder how much of it is true. I didnt read the article, but now people are demanding Jerry get ran out of the league... enough already.

Men like sexy woman, woman dress sexy to get attention of said men... and the world turns another day and water is wet. What is new. Now, Im not condoning any man that does anything creepy or treats woman like trash. I have 4 daughters and a wife of 33 years... but so much of the crap in the media today... I dont buy in regards to many sexual harassment allegations.

Life at the star, Jerry is a creep, sad and another indictment of the Jerry crew
It's already been proven what a creep Jerry is. His exploits are no rumor. The good ole boy's network around Jerry includes Dalrymple, so if anyone is surprised by this latest news, that just shows a lack of awareness of who Jerry is and his inner circle. Nothing will change here with Dalrymple's retirement. Another creep will take his place is all. I just feel bad for Charlotte having to work in that environment. ;)

That's painfully obvious, yet you've chosen to form strong opinions about it based solely on your own preconceptions. Well done.

I think the most damning thing I never connected the dots on is how nobody made a comment about his retirement. Larry Lacewell, Tom Ciskowski, etc. - those people leave, Jones has a statement. To not make one about a guy who has been so close to the organization is crazy.

one might say....the silence was deafening.

I was referring to the article demanding Jerry be ran out of the league....and you are missing my point, which wasnt even directly related to this particular accusation, but to sexual harassment claims as a whole. Lets face it, if you were a woman and worked with men in the 70s and 80s, you were NO DOUBT harassed. In the 90s you were very likely harassed, it is the way the world was. BUt when former Playboy bunnies that lived with Hugh Heffner for 6 years come out 30 years later claiming abuse??? spare me

I guess Rich got bored with porn#hub and wanted to make his own content. Porn addiction and accessibility are real problems, and things like this incident are the result.

Just listened to the call. Author makes a good, compelling argument. Basically; it should be easy for the Cowboys to prove their claims, but refused to share with the reporter. His point is that you could share:

  • Surveillance of how long he was in/out
  • Results from forensics investigation
  • Dalrymple letter of discipline
And confirm that you investigated the matter. That would go a LONG way in showing that the Cowboys HR and Counsel did, in good faith, investigate the allegations and take the right course of action. But right now, all we have to go on is their word.

Sorry - looking ugly for teh Cowboys. Can anyone suggest why they would NOT want to share those with the reporter, unless they don't support their case as well as theyw ould like?

I gotta be honest, after paying close attention to this, sleeping on it and thinking about it more, this smells a little more like a cover up than I originally thought. Cowboys could easily prove they did things the right way, and certainly tried to work with the Journalist, but have been just sy of forthcoming.

didnt they settle a case? If they settled a case then in their mind it is done and it is nobody's business and that is why they wouldnt share it with the reporter. Cases are settled out of court for many reasons, mostly to avoid the bad publicity that would come with all the details being released.. thus the reason Prince Andrew finally settled his case after he lost every attempt to get the case thrown out. Once it was evident he was in fact going to go to trial, he settled.

They arent going to be forthcoming. Why do you think the league never had a written report done on the Snyder investigation? Because they were GENIUS in not wanting any documented evidence of what happened. Face it, there is no doubt what happened in Washington would look horrible in today's climate. This they settle the case, they slammed Snyder and they move on.

Let me lead with I didn't listen to the audio.

But to answer your point. Because they don't have to? It's no longer a criminal or civil matter. While this article brings a certain amount of intrigue, this incident occurred back in 2015-2016 and all parties have signed NDAs and pretty much moved on even if they didn't necessary like the results.

Why would the Cowboys rip the band aid off an old wound and shoot themselves in the foot? It looks bad in the court of public opinion, but legally the Cowboys aren't obligated to do anything unless forced to.

Im listening to the audio now. The reporter had a copy of the NDA... someone obviously broke the NDA and IMO should have to pay back whatever settlement they were given.

Congress recently passed something not allowing members of congress to get an NDA with someone if it involves sexual misconduct. NDA's are legal agreements to both parties of a civil action. If the terms of the NDA are not to someone's liking, they shouldnt sign the NDA.... ah, but the money... the money makes the NDA seem very nice at the time. Now years later, screw the NDA, here you go reporter.
