Have a hard time buying the Charlotte Jones story although they could easily shut it up by releasing the tape.

Much easier time buying the Dalrymple perv story. What’s easier to believe? That four cheerleaders and a security guard plus their spouses concocted a story to make money, or that one creepy guy worked with the organization and finally got caught? I’m going with the lone phoneman theory. And like others said, it is strange how little attention his retirement received.

Odd how so much stuff from 10 years ago is finally coming out right now. The other week I was watching the interview with the pro football talk guy and his autobiography with the story about Jerry Jones going behind the scenes to try to hire Sean Payton and admitting that their Rooney Rule interview was a sham.

I just think the press smells blood. With all that has happened in the NFL this last year, people are looking for more dirt. They can smell it somewhere.

Im listening to the audio now. The reporter had a copy of the NDA... someone obviously broke the NDA and IMO should have to pay back whatever settlement they were given.

Congress recently passed something not allowing members of congress to get an NDA with someone if it involves sexual misconduct. NDA's are legal agreements to both parties of a civil action. If the terms of the NDA are not to someone's liking, they shouldnt sign the NDA.... ah, but the money... the money makes the NDA seem very nice at the time. Now years later, screw the NDA, here you go reporter.
I got the impression from the audio that a former employee tipped off the reporter. That former employee could have been a former coach, trainer, janitor, security, etc. I didn't get th he impression it was one of the cheerleaders, if I heard it correctly. My question is, who tipped off the reporter and why now?

2.4? That's like lunch money! The billionaire sweeps it under the rug like billionaires do. A very large sum to the cheerleaders, but not so much for Jerry while he mulls over the situation on his yacht.

if I heard correctly, the reporter basically had the NDA. Where did that come from? Not some janitor.

bahahahhhaahhahahaahahahah..... those cheerleaders are cheerleaders BECAUSE people want to look at them. You ever seen a 200lbs Cowboys Cheerleader? Im sure they were emotionally distraught that a man was trying to check them out changing... so, give mee 500k and ill be quiet or let get me get JUSTICE in the form of the scum guy peeping tom getting a misdemeanor???? I wonder which one the publicity seeking cheerleader would choose?

What's your point?

Sounds like you're defending the perv.

For your sake, I hope not.

Lol....this was going down about the time Dez Bryant told Daryl to clean this $^^% up Rich!!!

Man....really starting to think this whole organization should be locked up.

Jerry in the bathroom with hookers...that got swept under the rug...

I mean if Dan Snyder was catching hell because of topless cheerleader photos...what's the penalty for all this crap being covered up from the league?

I am in no way defending the peeping tom... I also do not like these civil suits. IMO its too easy for rich guys to just fork out a little cash to make the problem go away. Woman that are eager to accept these cash payouts instead of filing criminal charges only keep this bahavior going... but they would much rather have the cash to help them deal with their "Trauma."

I thought I remember Robert Kraft getting busted with hookers also... nah, I must be hallucinating.

Oh okay. So yeah how did the reporter get the NDA and why now? Those are questions I want answered. Also why didn't the Cowboys release their full findings to the reporter, such as how long Rich was in the dressing room and what the disciplinary letter said. There's a lot of hiding going on and shady timing.

Yeah, it's for sure the offseason. Super Bowl was boring and forgettable enough got to get in the organization misconduct allegations now.

It's all so tiresome.

Publicity seeking cheerleaders? We don't even know their names and maybe never will. The money was offered. They took it. I would've too. Blame Dalrymble for going to the cheerleaders' bathroom when a men's room was 20 feet away.

Yes this is a poop stain that won't readily come out of the fabric of the Cowboys organization.

Dalrymple probably shared with Jerry that he likes to take beaver shots and Jerry rationalized his hobby was being a wildlife photographer.
or they were FOR jerry? o_O

 Totally agree... "Creeper" has spoken.

No need to bow. I have had a run in with at-will employment laws so I know from experience what they mean. I think there is only one state in the US that does not have at-will employment. Those are unfamiliar with the concept should find out all the details because these laws give you employer the right to do all kinds of things to you, like cut your pay for example, even if you are salaried, unless you have a CBA.
