Why not just ask Tad what he wants to do instead. Our current GM is a joke anyway.

The correct response would have been " I need to get better as a quarterback"
he says that a lot as most players do when they have let down of seasons in the finale.

hes not our issue fans expecting him to somehow overcome the poor OL play, penalties, no run support and suspect play calling well thats the issue..i get he had some sloppy ones but also understand he git bit gun-shy with this offense , i mean idc how much money he makes, its simple fact its a team game and the team was letdown. mostly along the OL, oC, OL coach, etc etc

this OL got Rag dolled by FOUR(4) man lines who were still able to apply pressure, didnt respect the run, and played max coverage, they called it blueprint but what it really was is a need to Shake up the OL, a new OLC, and an OC who values the run game.

its satrts and ends up front regardless of your QB Salary.

same with zeke and others hard to function with OL playing in playoff game against a high quality opponent and committing that many penalties and also allowing too much pressure and no run game and only lost by 6 , shows the team when playing a cleaner game is really good. You won't win games with Joe Montana or say hey this season Rogers, brady, Lamar, wilson, and others if the team implodes around them in a playoff game. FYI Watson never done anything as team with the same type of issues lie Rwilson is going through now.yet many of these qbs allegedly are better then dak, howd they do in the playoffs this year? I saw Mahomes in 2021s SB and he couldnt overcome injury and OL play.BTW both teams with the #1 seed lost one and done.

Dak overcame a lot being able to receiver from the ankle then the shoulder and then the calf to still have solid successful season. all qb eed help. somehow our own fans are holding dak to higher standards then other qbs they covet who aren't overcoming the same types of challenges.

Typical lazy journalism by Joel Epstein of USA Today. Typical butt kissing and softball questions by the media. Let’s not dare ask questions about playoff failures so let’s stick to a fluff question like this.

Asking a 1-3 playoff record Qb how his “success and experience” can influence the FO……I wonder if he asked Dak what his favorite cartoons are?

Dak should go stealth with media and understand......he is not the QB of "choice", on this Board and will never be revered like TRomo, with the same playoff accomplishments. Painfully obvious, and that is why this franchise is mired in buffoonery and unreached expectations.......too many underlying agendas.

Dak is who he is. Next year won't be any better. When they get down he will get his stats though.

I know most are in this just to Bash on Dak but the reality is this doesn't work out well for any Franchise thats ran the right way. Here it would make no diference because the GM is just as big a fan of the QB's team mates as the QB is.....but no he needs to play QB and not worry about this stuff. Now if we are talking about the QB coach and OC he certainley needs to be on the same page and have a voice but not a big one.

yes hes top 10 QB , whats your point? you don't have valid one any team should be able to win with a top 10 qb..

You seem to forget we have a dysfunctional front office, unlike any other NFL team save for Washington.

It’s entirely plausible that Booger would allow a star player to have some influence.
Every QB wants some say in the direction of free agency
That’s generally true everywhere
Honestly I think letting them understand the thinking around who you keep and don’t, including the cap implications, is a smart idea
Then they have a better understanding of the implications of signing this guy or that one and the plan to replace those you let walk

he's a Tad short of a brain.
here's a novel idea, quit doing the talk shows and learn how to read defenses. Sheesh and head back to Panama for some more beatdowns so you won't get scared every game. big mofo.
