COLE BEASLEYWR, BUFFALO BILLS

ESPN's Alaina Getzenberg considers restructuring Cole Beasley's contract an offseason "necessity" for the Bills.

Affirmative. Two months shy of his 33rd birthday, Beasley comes with a $7.6 million cap number for 2022 after a 2021 that was a step back on both the production and injury fronts. Beasley missed only one game with his rib issue but was limited for scores more. Beasley was also noticeably less explosive than backup slot man Isaiah McKenzie. We would not be surprised if Beasley is cut outright, which would free up $6.1 million in cap space and leave behind a modest $1.5 million in dead money.

IF we lose Coop AND Shultz, it would not surprise me at all to see him return. He's cheap, vet experience and more importantly, he and Dak have had success.

No. Rather have CDL in the slot, unless they want him to focus on the outside full time

nope. Need a guy who is hungry, not a guy who has been there and knows how it works.

Slot recievers late in the draft or FA every year. So no.

He'll be 33 before camp. Hard no. I'm hoping CeeDee gets 75% of his snaps in the slot; keep Coop and Williams, draft/ UDFA WR for the slot.

I admire him for the stance he took. He was right.
I would welcome him back today.

Not sure why this thread is in the draft zone.

"I'm just glad I'm in a place coaches believe in me, teammates believe in me and they give me opportunities to do what I do," he said after the game, per ESPN.com's Marcel Louis-Jacques. "I was telling everybody before the game, I'm just glad I'm on this side while we're here."

"I feel like I was disrespected a little bit when I played there," Beasley said, per the Dallas Morning News' Angel Franco. "But even today I thought that they should've put more attention on me, but they let me play and I appreciate them for it."

Yeah that’s a big no for me. The heck with Beasley

You would think. But I'm not so sure. He's good when another threat is greater, and the D pays less attention to him. But in 2018 before we got Cooper, he was useless. I could be wrong. But he's not getting any younger.

Stats don't mean much to me. I'm going by what I saw in 2018. And this is 4 years ago. He was insignificant without Cooper. Then became relevant after Cooper. Our WRs are the reason Shultz is any good. I wouldn't pay Shultz to shine my shoes.

 2022

Hard pass. He gets fined more than he gets in the end zone.

He was just a whiney baby. Just what this franchise needs.
