This is true. Also their SOP during the off season is too conservative. And they repeat it regardless of the situation. Most GMs act according to their situation. They don't do the same thing coming off a 4-12 season as they would a 12-4 season. Jerry does. Besides the soft culture, that concerns me the most.

The Players can strong arm Jerry , but the coaches can't even call there own plays lolololololol. Definitely a culture issue.
