Why does anyone here think the Cowboys will sign any starting level FA’s?

I think we will definitely sign 1-2 LBs. We can’t go into the draft with only Parsons. We may not sign stars in FA, but I do believe there will be signings, and some will become starters if we are lucky like last year.

I'm getting very close to stop tuning in. If the Cowboys don't make any real significant effort to win but instead want to throw a bargain budget team together, there's no need to waste my time watching

I remember last year everyone screaming and yelling that we didn't sign Hooker or Kazee and we ended up with both for great deals.

Happens every year.

These great deals we make every year in free agency really make a huge difference.

That strategy of not having dead money has worked well hasn’t it? They are always gonna have dead money because they keep restructuring these older players. They might as well one of these years just say screw it and go all in like the the Rams this year.

Parsons should not even be considered a LB. He’s one of the best DE in the league.

Because most Cowboys fans have one thing in common these days, and that is eternal optimism...lol

Once you have been a fan for a few decades, its more entertaining to predict the Jerry blunders than the Jerry success stories.
Wish it wasn't the truth, but that's what we are dealing with as Cowboys fans, and it doesn't take a lot of bad contracts to derail a franchise, a couple bad mistakes sets every franchise in the league back, and Jerry has made three specifically, more can be argued, but three alone is devastating enough.
I want to be the biggest Cowboys supporter in the room, but SJ just figured out the cap is a real thing, or he thought that Cowboys fans were too stupid to already know that and he had to actually say that.
We dont really even know what SJs official title really is,,, is it cap guru, GM, or just really dumb son that is uglier than me?
That could be a thread all by itself, who really is SJ?

I really wish this would be reflected in ticket sales, in that people stop buying cowboys tickets and merch, but people love giving Jerry and crew their money to watch them play real life Madden.

They will sign starters… at $1 million for 1 year. If they cut Cooper and Tank they will replace them with players like Urban and Watkins. And some will argue there is no CAP issue.
