Cowboys want a 3rd. Browns want to give a 4th. There’s smoke here their local radio had Fisher on yesterday picking his brain.

So the solid market is now down to a 4th. And Jerry will take a 3rd. Better than nothing.

For a 4th? I'm keeping him. I'd rather have Coop than a Golston / Wright

Colts just got a solid ransom for a terrible Wentz. We should get more than a 4th
Wide receivers don’t get traded for much though. Arizona got Hopkins not for much.

IF the trade happens, and I doubt it will, it’ll be a 4th, and my guess is it won’t benefit us AT ALL!

A 3rd is still crap for a #1 WR in this league. Look what the Bills paid for Diggs

Then you restructure and keep him. It's that simple

Look what we paid for Coop. Heck I'd almost just cut him than get something lower than a 2nd.

My bet is we get a 3rd that could move to a 2nd with playing time etc.

If this organization trades a top ten receiver in this league for a fourth round pick, they are literally a joke of the league

The Cowboys rarely win these types of trades

I'm guessing Coop has some say here.......think about it. I'm guessing none of the interested team are willing to trade and pay him w/o restructuring the $20M per year. Let's say we found a partner willing to give up a 2nd or 3rd but he refused to restructure coz he doesn't wanna play for that particular team.

The way I see it, here are Coop options
*his 2022 salary become guaranteed on March 21
* We can either pay him, trade him or release him
* if he refused a restructure to in his favor ( money and choice of team), we can only pay or release.
My point is, I'm not sure it's that cut and dry to focus on getting a certain draft pick. Lot of moving pieces IMO
It certainly looks like he will be traded, but we cannot rule out him actually staying. What happens if they are unable to sign Gallup? Cannot seeing them losing both. Think something on either front happens this weekend.

You do not get rid of good players. Especially giving a 3 time Cowboy Pro Bowl WR away for a 4th round pick. How much would you get for Cooper as FA compensation pick?
