Top ten WR since he's been in Dallas according to statistics.

But I never expect much from the Rowdy avatar group.
And over 30 guys had more yards than the great Cooper last year. You are what you are. And he was overrated and overpaid. Adios.

Wrong

Dez turned down a 3 year offer from the Ravens after he was cut from here. He didnt take it because he wanted to play on a team with an actual elite QB (unlike the one we have here).

Dez in 2017: 69 catches 838 yards 6 Tds

Amari in 2021: 68 catches 865 yards 8 Tds

Adreme’s logic: Amari good, Dez bad

Make it make sense
It only makes sense if Dez started 2 more Games but Dak Haters like Eye Test more

He can't throw the ball to himself.
Face it. The team is worse without him.

Mike Fisher is a hack.
He's been a jerk to the fans that dare simply ask questions as of late pertaining to Amari being traded. Looks like he's been proven to be what he is..a Jerry mouth piece . He's the guy that strongly implied ..smeared Amari then he tried to walk it back saying we're trying to fix the relationship and keep him. Lol. What a liar.

This place is freaking unbelievable.
I am not happy with what we got in return, but not going to lose my cookies over it either.

Right. You'll wait for the next game thread for that where you'll talk about "the obviously biased refs" like usual. Lol.

If I am wrong then here is my simple question: after getting hurt, which does happen, what team gave him another shot or a workout or anything that suggested that they wanted him on their team in 2019? The answer: none. Nobody wanted to even give him a workout and then after signing with the Ravens in 2020 and seeing that was useless no one wanted to even consider giving him another workout after that despite Dez still wanting to play. So yes Dez was done and the league knew it.

Also the big difference between the two: Cooper is younger with less of an injury history. I would say though, Cooper is also not as good as he thinks he is and now has a habit of seemingly disappearing over long stretches of time for now two different teams both of which had a good QB.

We fans just don’t know jack. We’re as bad as the ownership. All I heard was how great Amari Cooper is. How all these teams would love to have him. Well.. not at 20 m per year. And that was always the problem. Teams with tons of cap space that need a WR didn’t want to trade for him. And that’s the smart thing to do when you’ve got a loaded WR class to choose from. Dude was extremely overrated by this fan base. Glad it’s done.

it’s because there’s no trade value for a player most teams are hoping and is likely to be released anyways due to the team terrible cap situation. Cowboys had zero zero leverage.

with no leverage you have are subject to the other teams price. Cowboys backed themselves into a terrible corner this is not in anyways an indictment on cooper the player.

Translate.........other teams wanted to restructure to lower salary but Coop refused. Kept saying it couldn't happen w/o Coop having a voice. He knew by March 20, we either had to pay him or release him.

Hell, I'm willing to bet a red penny we had at least a 3rd round pick offer from at least one team but only if Coop agreed to restructure but he refused. Why would he do us any favors..........

A 5th and a higher 6th for a 20 million middle of the road receiver who wore out his welcome for a second team when everyone thought he'd just be released and nobody likes it...shocking

This fan base is moaning because we didn’t magically get a high draft pick for the dude . That was never going to happen.
