Absolutely. Our success came as a direct, or indirect result of the 3 good coaches we've had. But I have a soft spot for Fat Mike. If my dog, Fat Tony, had an avatar, it would be Mike McCarthy. I just want to give the dude one more year to see if he can improve this team.

I just want to see this team play with the intensity level they played with during the Parcells era. Win or lose, they were giving it their all. Or at the very least, the intensity level of the 49ers. The wanted it more than us and it showed.
I'd have whacked him 3 mins after the playoff loss

This penalty earning team has done nothing under his leadership.

Everything you ever hear about Dak's mother is always endearing. I wonder if she would have sat down with Tad at this point, cause its clear Dak hasn't

Wish people would stop posting his tweets. No one would give a crap what he says if his brother wasn’t the starting QB of the Cowboys. He needs to find something else to do that doesn’t involve riding Dak’s coattails.

What on earth are you talking about?

The Cowboys had an offer on the table as soon as league rules allowed... after Dak's third season. The offer was for more than 28 million. There reportedly was a handshake agreement but before the pens were put to paper Dak chose to decline and the ridiculous "Dak is betting on himself" mantra was born.

This revisionist history that the Cowboys could have and should have signed Dak for less had they done it sooner is horse crap. They tried to make him the second highest paid QB in the league and Dak chose to "bet on himself" instead.

Oh so he bet on himself and won?

I'm sorry but whoever still supports the way that this front office operates is the reason why we can't get to an NFCCG. They are all about trying to prove to the league that they are competent football guys and they're not. If they just owned the team and payed qualified people to do the job of GM and personnel director we would have accidentally had more success than we've been getting. Think about this what are the random odds that a team makes it to the Conference Championship Game in 26 years. Sixteen teams 2 spots in 26 years, Carolina (4), Eagles (6), 49ers (6), Falcons (3), Rams (4), Packers (8) these are just some of the teams that have made the NFCCG since Dallas has went. You have to try to not make the Championship to do worst than what the odds say you should but y'all just keep defending. SMH.

Q bs get the ball to who they want.

Well the best QBs in the NFL are Brady, A. Rodgers, and Mahomes. If what you said is true.... why weren't any of these quarterbacks in the Superbowl then??? They're the best at getting the ball to who they want, correct??

…..so in the last 2 seasons, these 3 quarterbacks have been in 2 Super Bowls and 5 Division championships games and they suck?……when do we get to suck like that?

Show me where I said those quarterbacks suck and I'll cash app you a thousand dollars as we speak....

But.. they are the best quarterbacks who get the ball to whoever they want. So if they're the best, shouldn't they be in the Superbowl every year, according to your logic???

Better question is, if they can get the ball to whoever they want, why do they have interceptions and pick 6s on their resumes???

Is dlaws brother mouthing off on Twitter every day? This turd is making it nye on impossible to even like dak, let alone support him.
Lol, I'm sorry, but some dude mouthing off bothers you?
Who gives a shizznice?
Seriously. This is silly.

And I'm supposed to take thousands of vicious attacks upon my work like it should be water off a duck's back while some of it could affect my future paychecks.

The sensitivity is...
Forget it.

You're good people.

Should’ve told Dak to take a pay cut and we could’ve afforded to keep him
Do we really know if that would've stopped Coop from getting traded or cut? I don't trust how this organization handles expenses.

No matter what or how you argue, Dak sucks. Get over it.

Dak and Tad won. The Cowboys and the fans lost.

Glad we put the myth that the Cowboys could have signed Dak earlier and cheaper to bed.
They still could have signed hom earlier and cheaper. He didn't sign Dallas's offer because they were low-balling him, if they would've made a legitimate offer they would've been better off than 2 years later.

What?

The last offer the Cowboys made came in late March and, according to a source, it was a five-year deal for more than $34 million annually. But it did not reach $35 million, which would match the salary of the league’s highest-paid player, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson. It does, however, edge out Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger’s $34 million annual deal for the second-highest paid player in the NFL. The source also indicated that the guaranteed money in the Cowboys’ latest offer did match Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff’s NFL record of $110 million guaranteed. As a practical matter, it is a deal that Prescott has turned down.

Lowballed him?
