Anyone remember this quote from a few years ago? It still holds true.
"I don't know if any team in the league necessarily needs a No. 1 receiver," Prescott said via Pro Football Talk. "It's about getting the ball out, spreading the ball around, keeping the defense on its toes."

This is what has been drilled into Daks head since he came into the NFL. This is our style of football. From JG, to KM, and now from Big Mike. Spreading the ball around is all Dak can do. Distributing the ball to 10 different guys is why it doesn't make since to pay any WR big money in Dallas. Get ready guys, because if we still have the same philosophy in a couple of years, CeeDee will walk also. I love Coop, but he’s better off now to spend the rest of his career someplace where he is allowed to dominate at a WR1.
Since when is spreading the ball around and making the defense account for multiple targets and weapons a bad thing?

I'm not saying losing Cooper's talents doesn't hurt, but nothing Dak said was off base.

And as for Cooper being able to spend his time dominating as a #1 WR in Cleveland …. lol

only issue with that is he had 3 #1 wrs IMO

AC was a true 1a Lamb 1b and Galup 1c or high 2 these are not chumps ie jags no WRBC nonsense, not sure your point ,this isnt 2018 before AC..he has weapons, period..he means its not the type of offense where you have one target and if thats covered, its over..

they gave dak more targets than most teams give QB so this thread is so over the top exaggeration also paid AC 20mil now paid Dalton 10 and Gallup 12 i mean right the DC are holding out on dak and being cheap. we had one of the top WR cores last year from ac to Wilson and still couldn't move the ball well against the 9ers.. maybe Dak needs less targets, be more focused in on a few players instead of trying to feed them all. Rogers does it with one #1 and goes to others if necessary, we didnt make dak do that.

they have still without AC have #1 who can take the next step ie Lamb yes hes top 17 first rounder with talent actually he leading receiver last season. Gallup 1b or true 2 and Schultz plus whatever they do

We don't need a below average QB either but here we are...
Daks top 10 want to know what average to below average means in 32 team league 16th and below.. if you think daks down there and dont understand the difference to say wentz, Tua, daniels, heineke, trubisky, bridgwater, whoever carolina, jets, texans, and others trot out and many more names to fill out that bottom 16 well you are and ignoramus ie sports idiom. Regardless if fan believe s guy is over paid or not elite real sports fans can see that you have top 10 qb and that way above average. hes a franchise qb and that something you should win with..

we have an average to below average roster dak has to count on, thats the truth and why a guy like even russ wilson left Seattle because he needs better team to win in the payoffs again..

Stupidity starts at the top of the Arlington Jonesboys....Jerry started this crazy not needing a no.1 WR but wanted to give no.88 to Lamb who at first did not want the number...

It’s sure winning us a lot of super bowls. I’d rather go the Cooper Kupp example of what to do with a star WR .

How many Super Bowls did Detroit win with Calvin Jonson, or Minnesota with Randy Moss, or Atlanta with Julio Jones? Having a clear #1 is not the key element to winning. Some SB winners have it, but not all do.
