For all other games in 2022, Anthony Brown had 1 penalty for 5 yards.

In the Raiders game he had 4 penalties for 91 yards.

Even Cowboys hating NFL media types were criticizing the refs for that game.
Yep
I didn’t get the post a week or so ago about him having a lot of penalties
He’s rarely penalized except for that one game

Brown has largely sucked over his career. Where he was drafted is inconsequential. He is a weak link in our secondary and the guy that gets picked on the most in or defense. He needs to be replaced by younger, better talent.
I believe that if you want to know why this team loses year after year you need to look at the top. Guys like D Flaw and Zeke are dragging this team down not Anthony Brown. Guys like Collins and Crawford are dragging us down. Guys like Jaylon Smith. All of the resources that we pump into the WR position and get very little out of. Cooper cost us a first round pick and 20 million per year and gave us production equivalent to a 10 million dollar free agent. That is the kind of thing that drags you down. IMHO Anthony Brown is not dragging this team down. He has been a pleasant surprise and a solid contributor towards any success we have had. You can win with guys like Anthony Brown but not if your resources are being pumped into the players listed above.

Cost us the game. The last one the ref took like 5 seconds before he threw it. Like he was looking around thinking,
Can I get away with another one. These types of games makes people wonder if it’s fixed. And to watch the raiders qb laughing and giving that choke sign. He knew his best chance was to throw it that way in the end zone. And our DC left him one on one or the safety didn’t get over there.

Some of those calls in the Raiders game were legit though. A couple of those PIs were not.

Brown should not be a starter. Several of those penalties were clearly legit. Watch him against the Bucs and see how bad he was.
wrong he is starter what hes not elite hes not allowed to start.,,foolish fans..

3-4 wr sets and you think all 32 teams have 4 great elite Cbs? think again AB is solid starter , some of those may have been legit but odd ive seen many and i mean many before and after that game ignored by the refs.. remember that saints playoff game that triggered the new replay on PI? right the refs are perfect LOL the issue is they are are so inconsistent from game to game play to paly and crew to crew its appears like Impropriety,.

they are bad that replay rule was needed and guess what the refs ignored the rule ion purpose to ge tit thrown out..they dont like to be questioned and its a big issue.

I saw that Gallup play a few years ago against the rams get called and then see 50 far worse get ignored. So yes at times it sure feels like a conspiracy even if its not end its huge issue..ther no such thing as subjective rule its either a penalty or its not but its not called that way..they call them want they feel lie it ignore many when they feel like it..liek its always been said,

refs could call a penalty on every play but it would ugly up the game so they call them how they feel, like it which appears to be impropriety, but this is where it could be truly bias..they dice when to clal it well sometimes even subconscious bias is still bias maybe they dont realize what they are doing but still do it..
officiating has been in decline and still declining yearly they cant keep up with the games speed( like when the official who supposed to set the ball for dak and is so late no way we can get that play off, games too fast yet the rams game the next week somehow the OTHER judge closer to the ball goes and sets it., sure smells like impropriety but its just bad officiating or a slow unfocused ref who didn't care) and what not yet the league wont allow more cameras and or more refs and a sky judge watching the real games the network and fans see it and see right away with closeups and replays in real time whats a penalty or something that need to be reversed.

why?? why is it they refuse to adjust?

For sure at least 1 or 2. But one of them the receiver grabbed and pulled Brown by the head into him.

Reminded me of CB Kevin Smith at the end of his career.:(

Oh you wont hear me argue about the high priced guys like Zeke. But Brown is the weak link no question. When evaluating who needs to be replaced first, its Brown. Although I would 100% say that the biggest addition by subtraction would be Zeke.

That crew was a joke. No one pays to watch refs call 28 accepted penalties (not sure how many were declined) for 276 yards.

Cowboys still could've won in OT but went 3 and out. We all know what happened next...3rd and 18...pass interference #4.

He's not the weak link if he's in the slot where he belongs. He's been forced to play outside due to the incompetency of others. Brown does not need to be replaced.

I think they wanted to 'be seen'.

It was a Thursday game which meant is was nationally televised.

If the Refs were gambling on the game I think they would have been more subtle.

Both teams had more penalties than any team in any game in 2021.
None of those *******s should ever ref another NFL game.

I legit thought they were all penalties on brown. Or at least most were.

on the 3rd and 18 in ot I hated playing man there.
I don't think his info is correct - like you, I thought he had at least 2 penalties trying to cover head case Antonio Brown. Maybe I'm just remembering wrong though??

He’s a great backup, low end starter.
