Let one of our top guys go out, trust me the team is NOT the same!!! #11 goes down, it's like nobody else knows how to get to the passer
And to keep him healthy we need a big, bad a s s DLine, one that disrupts and makes the opposing O wish they were anywhere but playing us.

Hey I'm not gonna lie and say I didn't think that early last season had a different feel to it.

When they beat New England, then Minnesota with Rush.....it felt like they became full of themselves (as Dallas teams so famously do) and were just trying to tread water until the playoffs.

Meanwhile probably the only chance this team has is to take advantage of a weak division and grab a one seed.

Hopefully they won't be as unprepared as we were the last two times that happened.

You people DO realize that the only reason MM was hired was because Jerry thought he had some sort of magic words to tell the team because he had won a SB once before?

I mean really, THAT was the reason.
I thought so too.

Yes, I think that was the reason. Jerry doesn't comprehend coaching, and has been very loud about saying so.

took philly 60 years to win ONE
took KC 50 years to get back to another
took cinci 31 years to get back to one and not sure but wasnt it their 1st and only one sb win?

thats a few examples of why fans need to be patient.

ridiculous every moment this place takes to say that tired narrative yet drool over the other teams who've had far longer droughts and FAR less titles..Jerry has 3 in his 31 year ownership so he got some credit. built up with fans who dont overreact knowing you just have to support your team until they get another.

those are just droughts current and all time we aren't on one list and far down another..that not take into account our Team history has 5 sb titles and what 8 appearances?
Of course, but we are in the middle of a drought due to extremely poor GMing.

Haha....thats why Jerry was so pisssd when MM admitted that they looked nervous in the playoff game.

Hysterical since the only reason Jerry hired him was for the magical words that he figured he gave the Packers that led to a Super Bowl.

Thats real....and what we are dealing with as far as ownership in Dallas....Jerry trying to back door his way to getting what he wants.

Maybe this is the right approach, sit still in free agency, save money for other upcoming big contracts! I mean all these teams out here spending money, it doesn't mean they'll win the Superbowl. We have to remember that injuries are real, all it takes is one small one that could linger all season long to a top player.

I'm not ever saying I want anyone injured, but it happens. Of course we want our team to improve, I guess we just have to be hopeful, hit well on the draft, then add free agents as we see fit. Who knows, this approach of being cheap could workout, why not hop on board???? Give your thoughts

Most fans on here think short term, next year only. And they really dont care about contracts or salaries or overpaying. FO has to think long term or at least 2 or 3 years down the road. Jerry actually thinks he is winning the SB each year which is part of his problem.

disagree, moving on..doesnt mater the reason i showed many example of worse droughts of teams now being lauded as great..so Jerry far beter given his droughts were after 3 titles and far less time spans. Got it yet..no mater how many coaches or gms or ownership changes or moves out of their respective states, they were in longer droughts. you are making my point for me and Jerry he says he could have also fired and hired many gms and most likely not much else would have changed like the other teams who have..

i saw some great talented teams that the blame falls squarely on the players and coaches not the Gm.. Highly talented roisters that decide to disappoint in the biggest moments,,these are why droughts happen, not easy to fire the big names with big deals so the coaches and gms get the axe..

we remember all those games and i don't see the gm making those mistakes in that 9er game or other playoff games, i saw players just choke, that is it.. Jery made ton of mistakes the first 5-6 years post jimmy but recent history this is not on him truly just far too many mistakes by players and coaches to overcome equal to better teams in the playoffs.

yes, why not.

maybe we just dont understand the bigger plan our fo has.
they are not like other FOs who think in a 2 or 3 year span. Their plan is much more clever. It just needs time to develop. let me guess: another 26 years ?!

I'm at I'll believe it when I see it with this team. Winning the turnover battle all year is supposed to be an indicator of a great team, but somehow they still blew it

I hate Jerry Jones to the point where I'm willing to wait until he is dead to see this team have success.

He doesn't deserve to see it....and it would almost make me vomit to see him stand up and take all his "credit."

Can't put his ego behind many lifelong fans so we have to put up with this disaster.
