Of course not. I went to TTU and have followed the kid forever. I just wanted you to know it's not just "trolls" unhappy with the Cowboys
Unhappy and trolling are totally different. I've been a fan for 48 years...I'm not happy, but I don't keep hating, either.

I’m so confused. Why would the team twitter account ask if Jarvis Landry is a fit and have their employees write about it? Are they seriously trying to get a feel from the fans if this would make us feel better? Are they trying to get the trolls to laugh harder than they already are? Are they trying to get advice from people with real football minds? I S2G this is the craziest front office in all of professional sports!!!

Just the tweet alone makes it clear that it's a rhetorical question.

There are two questions. The second of which is about Landry and the response by Helmans gives no credence.
No story created into misleading clickbait. If that makes the Cowboys relevant then great.
I mean it's the offseason we need a wr heas a free agent and pretty good. Nothing is going on so yea I get it

Agree, especially as I'd want O-D lines in first 2 rounds of draft. WR, we want experience imo.

Jarvis Landy and Lamb arent on the same level. You must be one of the Cooper cry babies?

I don't think they are either. But looking at Landry's market value, it's supposedly at 14M.

Jarvis is physical like Dez. He will fight . He may help the young wr's. He might be a nice fit.He is a great willing blocker too. I think he might be a slot guy.If the goal is to get more physical, he fits the bill.
I saw a crazy stat where out of the slot Landry ranks 1st in pretty much every category over the last 3 seasons. And that was with Mayfield. He would be a perfect fit here. I would love this move if our FO made it.

We both know they wont, because it makes sense.

FIT Ie contracts and skill levels vs our current needs and IMO we do NOT need another vet as a WR1 he wasn't to be the guy and so hes not fault here hes been moving around because he wants to be WR1 high target guy and his teams keep replacing him..

maybe he needs to reflect and determine does he want to be on team that can win and be contributor in ay way they ask for well a lessor roll =lessor money. We are set IMO at Wr1=Lamb WR2 = Gallup , JL might be solid wr3 here but not for money many of these players with big egos are ready to accept.

if he accepts say 5-6 mil come here and play come on if not we do not need a JL type at the moment.

Agree, but again we don't know what the draft will bring.

Could play TE on run plays also or go out and grab one. He and Gallop fight for the ball. I would take it.

Imagine if they’re throwing these names out to see who will get the best positive reaction from the plebes. So they can “go after” said player

I’m convinced they just throw any big name player at the board. They feel casual fans eat this crap up.

Landry? Honey Badger? Wagner? Hey! I’ve heard of them!!!
average cowboys fan iq is likely ranked towards the bottom of the 32 teams:confused:

We could bring in Mahomes and trolls will still complain
Great idea but Jerry would wait til Mahomes was washed up and dragging his leg around with a bad back than he would try to bring him in cheap. But he would better than the Daks best years.
