True- It's amazing how he is so unable to adjust his fragile manchild egomaniacal ways and just get the &^% out the way, for the sake of winning. He would take a .500 team that he has fun with, over a championship team that he can't address the team after every game any day, and so here we are.

Moose is right. They have to go offensive line in the draft because that is the biggest hole in the roster and they did nothing in free agency to fix it.

What level have Troy or Romo ever coached at? People bring them up all the time. And yes I agree with him because he's correct. Do you dispute what he's saying needs to be done? We would have to bring up every fantasy coaching scenario if the boneheads in position could see it like he and most the the rest of the world do.

If Jerry called and asked me to be GM or HC the first thing I'd do is ban him from all radio shows and inerviews. The team would start prospering immediately.

He's about to GM a usfl team so i'll be watching him closely but honestly, without seeing him in any sideline action ever, I'd take him to replace MM or KM right now and not blink an eye.

That is likely to happen with nearly all franchises. We just hear from Jerry more than other owners.

True story. I saw Moose and his attractive family in a Dallas steakhouse. His wife looked like a fitness model and the Moose is in great shape. They crushed 2 enormous tomahawk steaks and everyone had desert. He and the wife must have run 10 miles when they got home. Impressive display.

Here’s where I’m at right now! I see many of are tired of the way things are run etc. Troy talks about it, Moose talks about it etc. But reality is that it’s not changing. The hope is that the blind squirrel finds a nut and one season all forces of good come together. I thought last season might be it being healthy etc. We have the Jones boys. Not much else to say

I would be willing to give most anyone else with solid credentials a shot at GM.
GM and the front office are easily the best positions to upgrade given their 27 year record of lack of success.

Aikman and Romo haven’t coached at any level and it’s only Cowboys fans that think they should be coaches because they agree with a lot of their opinions. If Aikman wasn’t so critical of everything Jerry Jones does no Cowboys fan would want him as a coach or GM. Moose isn’t saying anything that most knowledgeable Cowboys fans haven’t said about the team. We all are aware that the OL is a big problem. I’ve been saying for weeks we’ll probably use our number one pick on the OL and if we do that doesn’t mean I should be a coach. The last three first round picks we’ve used on the OL became great players. Our OL picks after the first round haven’t been so good.

Doubt that’s the issue
He has made a very good living without the outrageous hours and stress of the NFL and made much more money
