Bossman fat is as tough as they come. Right up until it's time to play football. I predict early hammy tweak in training camp.

PS: By the way (rewatching the video in the link above ^^^), Kelvin Joseph (at the 1:13 mark) throws punches like a p*$$y. What a wimp!
You know as much as I don't want him involved, him throwing punches at the victim prior to the guy getting murdered is not looking good for him. And yes he throws punches like scrub, if he goes to jail he's going to have a hard time defending himself. Man I really wish he didn't have anything to do with this. This is a sad situation for everyone, especially the families involved. What a bad day. Sucks

I don't feel sorry for Kelvin Joseph or his group of punks. They are the ones who initiated the fight and ganged up on the victim who was minding his own business. I feel bad for the victim (and his family) who lost his life for no reason other than getting jumped and afterwards shot and killed by punk cowards during a drive-by.

True, I agree I don't feel bad for KJ. I do feel bad for KJ's family and obviously the family of the victim. Like I said in a earlier post, if he did it then I hope justice prevails. No excuses for taking a life. None.

Kicked out of LSU due to conduct detrimental to the team.

At the scene of a murder in Dallas.

What do you consider "bad news?"
According to Smith and Gehlken, video footage from the evening showed a man wearing a hoodie and a YKDV necklace—Joseph goes by the rapper handle "YKDV Bossman Fat"—hanging out with a group of people in a bar.

That same group was later seen getting in a fight with Ray and his friends. After the fight dispersed and Ray's group was walking away, a car drove past them and somebody in the vehicle fired at them. Ray was hit by the gunfire and died at the hospital.

I wonder if when police question him, he will answer in rap rhymes ??

He could have been in the car, and if so, that would make him an accomplice, or aide and abetting, by not coming forward.

All we know is he was there, and evidently hanging with some bad people.

I am thinking, he may not be the shooter, but he may know who it is.

Joseph is more of a witness to the crime. In the video he did not commit a crime. No one is going to say anything because of fear of being called a snitch. Sadly this crime will probably go unsolved. Maybe the pressure of being a Dallas Cowboys player will make Joseph give up the shooter.

If this has been posted before, apologies...

Quote from a ESPN article

"The Cowboys did not have a comment. However, sources said the team has talked with Joseph and is encouraging him to speak with police to discuss what he knows about the incident.

Detective Tonya McDaniel told KDFW that Ray and three friends were in Dallas for a weekend and that they were not responsible for the incident that preceded the shooting. Police have been working to identify the group seen in the surveillance video, including the man wearing the YKDV necklace."

Sorry, but if your employer has to encourage you to talk to the police because you're a witness to murder, I'm guessing you may not be employed to long.

These guys make a lot of money for playing a game, the downside is you will always be in the spotlight for anything "bad" you can possibly make the news for.

If Joseph would have come forward without people having to "encourage" him to talk about what he knows, it would show some kind of character. By the same token, everyone can see what kind of character he has now.

True, however given his position with the cowboys, trial by media can be just as worse, guilty or not.

One can't help but think this guy has been in the same position before.

I get that. However, we don't know what happened in this situation. I'm sure we will find out more from the investigation as that will undoubtedly be made public with an NFL player involved. So, for now, I will hold off from saying that he's guilty of anything, other than being an apparent idiot for hanging around this kind of crowd.

Those second round prayer picks on guys with injury or character concerns have not panned out. At all. Time to stop being cute and draft, as Jason Garrett would proudly say, the “right kinda guys”.
Jerry and Wills 2nd round blunders continue......give us your injured, headcases, and druggies, as we have a long tradition of wasted # 2 picks!

all they have to do is get joseph's phone records and see if he was in the area at the time of the incident

That's not sufficient to create probable cause for the actual murder. That would create reasonable suspicion. What they will need to really try to get information is the information to the bullet and linking that to the gun used. Between the location and the bullet, they can find out the kind of gun used, if it's registered or not, and to whom the gun belongs. This will create the probable cause to identify a suspect and potentially arrest the suspect.

Lol Joseph Randle
i did a search on him, and found this
WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Former Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle was sentenced to 80 months in prison on Tuesday.

A judge sentenced Randle to 32 months for violating his probation for his involvement in a fight at a house party in February 2016.

In another case, he was sentenced to 32 months for aggravated battery in a jail fight. He was also ordered to pay $1,360.

He also faces 16 months for a March 2016 case where he interfered with law enforcement.

A trial date has not been scheduled in a 2018 rape case. In that case, he’s charged with two counts of rape, two counts of aggravated kidnapping, seven counts of aggravated criminal sodomy, and aggravated battery.
That is 7 years in prison, + whatever is added on for the rape case !! This guy just self destructed. I always thought he might have CTE.

I mean i don't think it matters to someone like Goodell look what happen with Zeke.

I know that. I'm just saying, as far as deciding on here whether he's guilty or not, there's not enough information to say he did it or not. He's an idiot for being around this sort of group with him being a high profile individual. However, being an idiot doesn't make him a murderer.
