Take those types on day 3 if you must, but the regular 2nd round selections are awful.
Sent a friend an article today that referenced 19 troubled players the Cowboys have taken chances with. A couple of successes, but mostly disasters. KJ wasn’t included in the 19. Neither were Jerry’s “catch lightning in a bottle” injury projects.

Jerry has tried to outsmart the league in the salary cap era because he can’t outspend them like he did in the early 90’s. It will never work.

What are the accomplice laws in Texas?

An individual can be held liable for an offense committed by another if “acting with [the] intent to promote or assist the commission of the offense, he solicits, encourages, directs, aids or attempts to aid the other person to commit the offense.”

Meaning, just being there is not sufficient to hold an accomplice liable for the crime. However, if the state shows that the accomplice had a duty to act and did not, then that person can be held liable as an accomplice and receive the same punishment as the principal (in this case, the shooter).

It appears that is what he is doing. He lawyered up and that is what he will give the police the shooter. I don’t like that he is involved in this. The Cowboys need to get rid of him immediately.

We invested a second rounder in this guy and he has a high ceiling. If he can legally get out of this **** then we need to give him a second chance. The next mess up, absolutely get him out of here.

I mean, if he was in the car and shots were fired that killed Ray, he’s done for.
Not necessarily. It doesn't look good. But DAs are more about the high profile murder arrest and conviction than some person in the car that was unwittingly a witness/accomplice

So I called the man a thug. Turns out some of the posters here are self-proclaimed experts on thuggery and claim KJ is no thug. Tell you what, how about we just agree you're all thugs. ;)

If he gets out of this clean he better stay far away from those so called friends......and also end his lil rap career because his alot of his music was about that type of stuff. Once he cooperates nobody wants to hear the tough guy stories anymore lol

Assuming one person had the gun and made the decision, and everyone else went for the ride... State can definitely charge him with something that will result in prison time if he was in the car during the murder that happened a month ago.

The time to come forward was that week. No one wants to be a snitch, he chose to hide it. But when you have stupid criminals as friends, this stuff happens. Now he has the lawyer to offer his testimony and get off light, maybe even avoid a charge.

The problem with the scene is too many were present. Someone is going to turn in everyone, Joseph is going to beat them with his money and good legal advice.

You have to cut ties with the boys. They don't have the same things to lose. They think you're still down for shoot outs, drug deals and whatever else is normal in their world and they don't have enough decency to realize they're %#*$# up your world.

Even if he avoids charges, he still gets suspended for a long time. Hopefully it wisens him up and he chooses to change direction in life for the better. Will stink if it's on another team, cause dude definitely has talent.

If we're being fair, by its definition it lines up. I think sometimes people connect dots that aren't there.

I'm not referencing anything. I'm telling you the truth. Either you where in on it or you wasn't. If Joseph was in another vehicle, but told those guys to go shoot at Cameron. Then Joseph will be charged with murder. If the driver knew his passenger was going to fire that weapon, he will be charged with murder. There is no indictment for accessory to murder in Texas.

Lol, you're literally arguing "there's no such thing as a Royale with cheese in the US...it's called a 1/4 lbs with cheese!!!"

Fantastic.

It doesn't take away the fact that we're talking about a hamburger with cheese either way.

Not sure what point you're trying to make. In Texas, they call it "law of parties," in other parts of the country they call it "accessory to the crime."
