If they all stick to the story then they will all be charged and the evidence will convict the shooter and their actions (impeding the investigation) will convict the rest of them.

I hope they all point fingers and get the needle....yeah, I said it.

I believe he has to prove he had no knowledge or he has to prove he tried to stop it. How can you prove you had no knowledge of something? How can you prove you made an honest effort to stop it? It's not what you know it's what you can prove. Right now the proof is he was in a fight with the victim and he was in the car that shot and killed the victim. That's been proven. That's a hard sell to make in court that you no idea a person you just punched was about to be shot by someone in the same car as you. As much as I want to give him the benefit of the doubt, I think he's done unless they got some recording from inside the car with KJ trying to stop the shooter.

I don't think that's on him. The burden of proof is on the prosecutor to show that he had knowledge of what was going to take place. If the prosecutor cannot prove that he was involved in the conspiracy to commit murder, they won't pursue it. If he says he didn't have knowledge of it, that it just happened suddenly and unexpectedly, then there's no case unless the other people in the vehicle say otherwise without contradicting each other's statements.

Not a big loss. It's unfortunate that another 2nd round pick was wasted and embarrassing headlines for the team but it's not like he was a proven CB already. He was still raw and could have just been a regular bust. Easily replaceable right now

Ok so the burden of proof is on the prosecution and not the defense. That helps him legally. I wish he would have came forward immediately, that would have really helped him.

Idk if you had to delete it. I wasn’t offended. I know you didn’t mean any malice in what you said. Me and you are good.

Typical....I say cut your losses and move on. Even if he didn't pull the trigger. He was in the car and company of people who did. Obviously not trying to stop it if he could had, I'm trying not to judge here but I just think it's best to move on. Let him do his rap thing 24/7. Again not judging but saying what I think is best for my team moving forward.

I would never question your education level.
I would question your accent though...
I kid! I kid!

I was born in Ingleside, TX, but my mom was from Long Island so I had a bit of a New Yorker accent growing up and it would confuse the hell out of the fellow Ingleside...ians, Inglesidites, Inglesidan- IDK!

It’s funny you say that, cause my mom is actually from Baton Rouge lol.

So I’m sure I inherited a bit of her accent in mine as well.

You know what I appreciated about Snoop?
He was a master articulator when he rapped. You heard every syllable loud and crystal clear when he was on the mic.
This guy is mush-mouth.
Well that's cuz Snoop has talent. YKDV has very little talent. That's why he needed to focus on football.

I'm pretty confident he'll get a lot of time to work on his rap career cuz barring a miracle his playing days are over. A 20 year old was murdered and KJ is on video fighting with him and then in the car while he was shot. He's done with the NFL. On the field he wasn't impressive enough for a team to take on that baggage. I think the question now is will he work career in prison or in probation.

In all likelihood, yes. As it so happens, I went to college at Sam Houston State University.

TRUE STORY: I once visited a fellow on death Row at Huntstville for a story. I received me share of whistles from the death row inmates.
The city is truly a horror. Trashy, from what I remember. Luckily those poor people have the forest fire towers to climb, chew on mushrooms and contemplate how backwards Texas is.
