Really? Nothing is worse than murder. Goodell has until August to punish both players. You should expect both players to make a pilgrimage to N.Y.
So you think Joseph murdered the young man or was involved? What makes you think that?

Police seem to think the other 2 men were involved and have arrested them, Joseph has not been arrested or charges filed against him.

22 allegations and so far nothing the guy gets rewarded with 230million dollar fully guaranteed no matter what contract, nothing happened to Ray lewis career, very similar situation...frankly i think it good we keep this kid and hope he learns from it but he should miss at least 3 games over it..cant allow this to pass as no way he learns without losing game checks and play time.
Lewis was worse. Two people were murdered. Nobody even cares about it now he works for Showtime. Tyreek Hill son mysteriously broke his arm. Rumors were he was being investigated for child abuse. I believe this is the same child that he abused the mother while she was pregnant. Highest paid receiver in the league.

yup everyone wanted hardy , AP, and others here after all their Buggage

I didn't hear an uproar when we brought in Aldon Smith etc..not like our 90s team were of clean hands either we know the stories yet winning and being a big time producer vs a unproven 1yr player like KJ seems to be the difference..

Joseph is boneheaded no doubt but the evidence suggests he didn’t murder anyone. No matter what the board thinks, the info he gave to the police led to arrests and hopefully Justice for Brays family.

Actually if he has killed someone then I expect justice. Having said that police have not arrested him but have arrested the other 2 men. I would say I hope this serves as a lesson that the company you keep can come back and bite you. I have no desire to see Joseph cut if he did not do anything, except for being in the wrong place

I agree with you here.

But...if investigators prove that KJ has attitude issues, has a history of being in scuffles, fights or around shootings...he is choosing that lifestyle. That doesnt mean hes guilty for sure.

My thinking is you cut him...to hopefully scare him into thinking about his life choices and think about losing a very good job over stupid street stuff...and then let another team pick him up for his second chance.

The cutting part is for his own good and to hopefully scare him into making better choices.

I disagree, I think people want him cut because they are pissed at the Cowboys and this will be a way to continue their narrative. If he is guilty then he should be punished if not then there is no reason to cut him.

I agree but not if there is a history of similar questionable behavior.

There seems like there is for NFL teams to pass on him. He had to switch colleges. There seems to be something there. Maybe its not violence related...but something is there.

I am only suggesting it because it seems like the best move if anyone is looking out for the kid. But I get it...the NFL is a business and no team is going to cut talent if they dont have to.

If you cut every player with question marks a lot of guys would not be playing. If we cut him, someone else picks him up. Cutting your nose off to spite your face I'm not sure is the answer

He contributed to the murder of an innocent 20 year old, but that doesn't matter to some of you.

It does, if he is charged (which he hasn't been) I expect him to face the consequences. However police have not charged him, yet they have arrested the other 2 men. So what gives? is there more to the story or details that we do not know?

Gotta admit...I dont know.

A proven troubled history(if there is one in KJ's case)...then finds himself in a moving car with multiple shooters and they do a driveby that kills someone?

Unless the kid is Deion Sanders talent wise...I might just do whats best for the kid knowing I have a chance every year to find a new talent...this kid has basically one shot.

Im not a computer program with no feelings(maybe I am but being lied to)...I get that business is business...but this kid needs some guidance

Have to be some weak DAs. Everyone in that vehicle who were also tool part in the brawl should be charged. KJ knew, yet he stayed quiet...and would have remained quiet...if police investigators had not identied him due to his signature necklace. So why wasn't he charged at least as an accomplice who withheld information pertaining to the shooting and who the actual shooters were?

Again more details are needed,

Goodell and the panel never talked to the investigator. There is a former prosecutor (one that had to resign from that job for suppressing evidence) in charge and she did not let the investigator come in to the room and basically lied to the panel. This person also has a NYG shrine in her house. That investigator also no longer works for the nfl.
Goodell did talk to her, she worked for the league office.

I think she sealed her own fate by telling Booger he was not going to get a time out but that was before the panel gave Goodell their recommendation. If he was going to ignore the panel, why were they assembled?

Because they want the shooter and he’s small fry for their purposes.
