I still feel this could have been resolved behind closed doors with a new NDA in exchange for DNA test.

If this girl was truly about just wanting to know who her birth father was...the test in exchange for a new NDA could be done.

Even without Gene knowing. If Gene is the hold up.

I almost put money on it that Jerry has offered to take the test without Gene knowing...if the women sign a new NDA plus arent allowed to take him or his estate to court in the future.

But...the simplest of scenarios to resolve this havent been taken for some reason.

Its pretty simple and would prevent all this. But it hasnt been done that way for a reason.

Because those women dont want to sign anything that prevents them from speaking or taking Jerry to court in future. It removes their leverage to squeeze Jerry.

No father good or bad is responsible for their children legally past 18 and te Jonses already put them in million dollar home and shelled out millions on education and upkeep and when he cut them off when she turned 25 the claws came out..he owes them nothing millions maybe more children are born like this and Shes one of the lucky ones, most are poverty stricken or forced to get menial jobs and struggle their entire lives heck some with both parents raising them..jeez this is just ignorant greed...she was well taken care of financially and needs to learn to go find her own life now..

I can't say much about the mother and the original incident, but I would hope that we are not labelling the young lady as an outright gold digger. When she was born she wasn't a gold digger.

Like all children young or old she has a need for recognition and acceptance. I think we all can agree the Jerry has gone above and beyond to face the consequences of a poor decision on his part. At the very least he has done things to acknowledge that he had an extramarital encounter with the mother.

My hope was this was something that could have been resolved between a potential father and daughter.

I don't know if is just me, but if I had the situation that Jerry Jones has how hard would it be to accept another child in my life, and make her a part of my world in some small way other than a financial transaction?

Obviously I have to face down my situation with Gene and the rest of the family, but isn't that part of the consequences? I guess it seems weird to me that paying cash is enough in this world.

Disclosure, I am adopted, and I don't know who my birth parents are. At my age it is a bit late now, but if there was a chance for me to be connected and involved I would welcome the acknowledgment and acceptance.

I'm someone who probably knows more about that than you ever will but keep on thinking whatever you will.
