A lot of excitement is in our hearts and minds about this LION we have. Rightfully so, he seems to do things the right way. What kind of expectations do you have for this LION, be brave and place his stats for this upcoming season!!!

If he can just maintain his play from last season I would be excited.
Sometimes the League adjust to you your second year, and you don;t have the same results.

He should be at least as good, as pointed out in above posts. As well, teams will scheme for him now more so that last year. Also posted above.

So it is up to Quinn to scheme better, but the biggest thing is to surround him with good players to make them all even better.
I do not expect sophomore slump.

Hard to hit a moving duck (lol).......I'd be totally surprised if he doesn't surpass his rookie season. With a year under his belt, he should understand the game better. Something fans should keep in mind, he playing a min 2, maybe three positions, so maybe his stats are down but his IMPACT is thru the roof. In other words, I would worry too much about his stats but about impact plays.

He will make the absence of Gregory a lot less painful. But we still need to put two space eaters in front of him on run downs, so the beast can roam free.

Took him only a handful of games to become my favorite player. This year the man crush grows to epic proportions.

On the one hand, the year off meant he was in amazing shape/health heading into the season. On the other, having a year acclimatising to the NFL, film study, and just being in the NFL system should put him ahead of last year.

I would really be careful with over blown expectations for Parsons in year 2 because he set the bar very high for himself as a rookie. I don’t think the Cowboys are going to be as good as they were last season and it could affect his play. A sophomore slump is possible. He could also suffer an injury. I remember how high the expectations were for LVE after his rookie season and he disappointed. Both he and Jalen Smith regressed the following year. The Cowboys have been so disappointing I’m keeping my expectations in check. Parsons has been doing a lot of talking this offseason I’m just hoping he stays humble and continues to work hard. If he gets caught up reading his press clippings it could lead to a down season. We also have to see how the Cowboys are going to use him in year two. If we struggle with our pass rush and have to use him on the edge primarily I don’t think he’s going to have as good a season. I hope we continue to move him around allowing him to use his sideline to sideline playmaking ability. Opponents will be more prepared for him this season.

I just hope this guy can overcome the daily toxic influence of just make it to your second contract healthy and get paid and coast culture that he will constantly be influenced by.

"I sure appreciate your beastly rookie year Micah and will be rooting that you will not ultimately become a product of this environment as the years pass."

I expect him to be just as good, if not better, this season.

same. it’s lofty, but he’s a freak, has has an insanely competitive drive and will to be great, and dan quinn wants to be his coach so i’m sure his point of emphasis is maximizing micah

What’s really concerning is Parsons is the only thing that has fans excited. If the team struggles and he were to suffer a sophomore slump the fan bases frustration level would reach an all time low.

I wanted to make this a point that we need him not to get caught up, but didn't feel like getting bashed
