She dropped the law suit when Jerry upped the payments. It was a money grab. Millions of dollars is nothing to Jerrah. His issue is the family name being dragged through the mud.
If Jerruh is not her Daddy, then it will be proven through a DNA test. Why is Jerruh not going down that route? Could it be that he is the Daddy?
We do not know for sure, but the circumstances would tend to bend our thinking that Jerruh is in fact the plaintiff's father. Would it be a surprise to anyone who has been watching this man through the years? I do not think so, do you?

Why go through all the trouble and expense of suing Jerry Jones? He already shelled out millions to her and her mother. That would seem to be an admission she is his daughter, isn't it? Getting a legal declaration that Jerry is her father really gets her nothing since she is no longer a minor. It certainly does not entitle her to a cut of the Jones estate should Jerry pass on. She should consider moving on and using the college education Jerry paid for to build her own career.

My guess is she dropped the lawsuit when she realized she has a losing case. The money he paid out already would be considered very generous by most measures. The request for a DNA test is just a way of saving face. It will amount to nothing.
Not true.

When Jerry Jones passes away, his known children are going to get a cut each off of his business empire. If you were that Davis lady who has always alleged Jerry Jones is her father, while Jerry has paid over $2 million in child support plus her college education and other needs, why would you not want to be included in a piece of his business franchise when he passes? It makes complete sense why she is seeking DNA confirmation from Jerry Jones.

Jerry will have a will and only those that he leaves his assets to will get it.

That's very true, but it will also show what kind of a person he was to refuse to take a DNA paternity test for someone he denies is biological father to, yet has paid over $2 million in child support, college education and other expenses to. Will also look bad on his family.

If the girl is Jerry’s daughter, he should acting like it. From everything that I have read, she did not want a dime from him. She only wanted him to admit to being her father because she needed it for a security clearance for a job. Jerry could have handled this out of the public eye if he didn’t want his personal business in the news. She is not shaking him down for money. From what I have read, she just wants to be able to list him as her father.

He had a consensual relationship with her mother and supposedly got her pregnant. That happens all the time. He didn’t just walk off and leave they got almost $3 million out of it. He could’ve paid more than that at the time but her mother agreed to the settlement. That’s like paying off your ex-wife then 25 years later you’ve become even richer and now she’s coming back for more.
Actually, no, that doesn't happen all the time. That happens among certain kinds of people lacking character.

what world do you live in? If Jerry passed away with NO WILL, then what you say would play out IN COURT. But Jerry surely has a will, and this other kid, if Jerry leaves her 100% empty handed in regards to his empire, thats what she is gonna get, a big fat nothing.

we have over 330 million people in this country. maybe you live in a small bubble, but yea, adults get together and have sex that results in a pregnancy while they have no relationship... happens all the time.It just isnt put all over the news when it happens.

you go ahead and pass judgement on this situation of which you have zero intimate knowledge of the details from your glass perch.

This sounds a little fishy. Why would she need to know her real father for security clearance? It seems to me she could say she does not know, as any adopted child would do. After all, security clearance forms are looking for the truth. Suing Jerry to find out if he is her real father so she can fill out a form seems a bit far-fetched. Does anyone know?

That's the core issue - that JJ recognises her and treats her accordingly. Everything else is pure noise.
what you just can not accept, is the FACT he is not legally required to do anything more than he has/ He doesnt need to play the father role, doesnt need to hold her close and tell her he loves her. So no, he doesnt need to recognize her in any way shape or form.

Please dont start slinging personal insults. I have 4 amazing daughters that I have great relationships with all of them.

BUT, I can separate how I am with my kids and what others should do and especially what they are legally required to do. You may not like what the law says, but it is the law.

And regardless if the courts would have required Jerry to pay child support at an increased rate compared to what he did pay, its a moot point, because mommy and Jerry reached their own deal that was acceptable to both.

i don’t care as far as it regards to the team. I think what people do in their personal life is none of my business. Like if the President wants to bang 43 women a night as long as he does his job, no bother to me. If the entire cowboys roster was in love with each other in some 53 man love fest, I don’t care just win a super bowl.

Just pointing out though that it seems ppl are defending a dude against a child wanting a paternity test, and imho a father’s duties are more than cash.

not trying to start at argument here, just my opinion

I agree with you 100%... BUT, if the father to be told the mom he has zero desire to raise a child, be a part of another child's life and on and on and then she chose to have the child... I wont blame the father at that point.

Wouldn’t it be great if the media asked Jerry about submitting to a DNA test during the draft. Perhaps the media should give him a heads up and see if he would show up.
why would that be great?

people in here complain all the time about the "Circus," that surrounds this team and yet you seem to enjoy the circus atmosphere.

Well...absolutely no posters are willing to have a reasonable conversation about Jerry and Cindy's decisions?

Odd. Doesnt seem like that is what "human" posters with feelings would do...just avoid reasonable.

I guess this is all fake and you are all bots.

Bots are coded to deny, lie and refuse to agree with reasonable I guess. Cool times.

Any bot out there willing to have a reasonable conversation about this? You cant agree with reasonable, huh? All Jerry's fault. Cindy is allowed to do whatever she wants? Reasonable.
I agree. No one but Cindy and Jerry know the terms of the agreement all those years ago. Its possible that Jerry was a ******. Its also possible that Cindy did not want Jerry and his spawn to be part of their daughters life and agreed to a financial settlement. No one knows the true conditions of the NDA and trust funds that were set up all except the 2 primary parties and neither side is talking.

Wrong, I don’t like the soft media questions given to Coaches, GMs, and players.
