This is a 2 Post Thread with 2 Questions:

What player from this draft will make the biggest impact for the Cowboys next season ?

I ask this every year a day or so before the NFL Draft and love reading the replies.
Would you rather watch the NFL Draft this year or go on a date with your wife or girlfriend ?

Drake London would make the biggest impact with Jordan Davis coming in 2nd.

I would rather watch the draft. I have been married 22 years and love my wife but I can go out with her anytime I want.

Hard to tell who will have the biggest impact. If Lloyd or Davis are there…..

If we go LG in 1 it will be him because he allows are skill players to show their skill.

This time of the year is reserved for the draft. In 2005 I took my pregnant wife to the draft in NYC.

Jordan Davis will make the biggest impact by blowing up the run, collapsing the pocket on the QB and making our DEs much more effective because QB can’t step up

Watch the draft

offense: wr treylon burks, arkansas or any of the olinemen.

defense:dt jordan davis,georgia (or k.t.,de-oregon).

watch the nfl draft because we can't get ANYBODY who wants to watch our 2 kids so we can go out which means they'd have to come with us so its not alone time at all.
plus the price of everything going up....feed 4 instead of just us 2..
might as well just stay home and watch the draft.

Biggest impact, Kayvon Thibodeux would make us all forget Randy Gregory ever existed.

Date night, I'd go if I had anyone to take. Working in tech can be rough that way.

Kyle Hamilton.

I'm not missing the draft. You have to keep the babes and sports sperate. Unless of course they like sports too. Then after verifying it's not a dude, you have a keeper.

To me that question is similar to asking if you'd go to a wedding of a close friend or relative on Super Bowl Sunday? The answer is the same, no. I don't like it when people try to make power plays. Keep me out of it.

Drake London does little without a run game and an offensive line and 70 catches. Already plenty of mouths to feed.

Highest paid RB in the League, another RB that will likely be the most sought after free agent RB a year from now, 2 hall of famers on the O-line. Amari wasn't shipped off because we didn't need a WR, he was shipped off because he wasn't a dominating no 1.

We can still fix the O-line.

Realistic pick? Johnson. Bottom of first round grade at biggest position of need.

Watch the draft lol…

Amari was shipped off because we spent a first on Lamb and he is the #1. Why pay a #2 22 million? Gallup and Shultz cost the same, so keep them.

The offense is in a transition phase. Oline and running game need to be revamped. Will take the next two off seasons if they devote the proper resources.

Im not really concerned about them doing all this in just this year. That is a two year project at best.

I would rather watch the draft, but it would be nice to do that together. The past few years I was unlucky enough to be on a plane somewhere so I didn’t see the pick before I landed. I would have take TJ watt, and Parsons.

This year I could see a surprise in the first with a WR or a DE/OL. If they don’t draft some super bad a** RB in the 2nd round like a Walker3 I would be upset. Somehow I want them to build up the defense but they need a RB, so I think that’s a necessity.
