Don’t like either of those players so I guess this was the best we could get

Working on the assumption that Quinn has a plan for his defense, what LBs and Ss are available at 56 that mimic Lloyd and Cine?

Lloyd would have been acceptable enough. I think the team was very concerned about the OL depth being there in the second round.

Using Bruglar’s 2nd and 3rd round mock, Troy Andersen, Chad Muma, and Nick Cross fit what Quinn wanted at 24 for the 56th pick.

Lloyd? OK.

Cine? Ehhh.

I'd love to know why they apparently had issues with Jermaine Johnson.

I would like to know why half the NFL did. I get why the Ravens went with the C (top 15 prospect at their biggest need) but the rest of the NFL made no sense. They were picking 20s talent in the teens and early 20s with a top 10 talent on the board.

I'm curious to see how both of those players' careers go.

Dean has all the intangibles. Just seems ahead of the curve mentally. The floor seems high, but not so sure about the ceiling...hence the low 1st or high 2nd round grade.

Cine will light you up, but has holes in his game.

Guess we'll see

There is no consenus with these players. Everybody has their own boards. There also hasn't been as much intermingling between scouts the last couple of years which in years past added to a bigger consensus. We also don't know all the red flags on certain players.

Seems as though a lot of teams did. It makes you wonder what they knew that we didn’t?
