Zeke takes that to the house, DeMarco got stripped by an 84 year old de.

Don’t think so… the hole was gigantic and Murray just saw green and Peppers made an unbelievable strip with his freakish wingspan.

Murray in 2014 > Zeke in 2020-21

Other coaches can't laugh at our picks. That's our job.

So Im assuming most of you saw McVeigh laughing at the Pats first rd pick? Just imagine had that happened when the Cowboys pick. Just imagine how many posts would be on how incompetent out front office was... they are so incompetent that other teams are literally laughing at our draft picks. I think the forums servers would have exploded.
Fools laugh all the time.
Im not blaming him for being a fool, BB usually doesn't care though.

Name me your list of the top 10 greatest coaches of all time. You might have 1 name on that list that didnt have a HOF qb on that coaches roster.
im not the one disparaging and marginalizing coaching. You submit your top 10 and explain why Rich Kotite got a bad rap and why Weeb Ewbank was better than Landry since Namath wasnt as good as Meredith/Staubach

I respect Bill Belechek and I usually can follow the logic of his drafts.......but this year is just baffling. Its as if he has not paid any attention to how anyone else sees these players. So, he is not getting the draft value with his picks.

who cares.
as long as tyler smith protects dak...i could give a damn about the noise.

I just want stability on the OL again, haven't had that in years. Our rushing attack needs more nastiness anyway and it sounds like Smith has a mean streak.

It'd be nice if another HC laughed at our picks. I'd play that video for our team before every game. Think that would have those guys spittin sparks?

I’m not entirely sure all that laughter was directed at New England

I think McVay’s laughter was also at himself for hoping he had a shot a 104 to get a player that went at 32.

McVay is proving picks are disposable as long as you're exchanging them for proven assets that contribute to the success of your team. It makes sense in a lot of ways, how many draft picks every year actually pan out and add to your team?

Yeah, pick 32 this year for them was Matt Stafford

Fwiw, even though they have less picks due to their trading, they've been drafting well with what they have.

They have a lot of homegrown starters

I don;t think je was laughing as much at the pick as the fact they spent the time evaluating him for their first pick.

Belichick, for all of his ability to coach them up, is not a great drafter. He wasted so many 1sts on CB's that he had to go the FA route.

Belichick subscribes to the same draft strategy that Parcells did. They do not care where the player is picked and 1st rounders are way over emphasized..

Know who else isn't great at drafting? McVay and Snead. That's why they deal the picks.

Our team definitely over-values picks at times. Probably because they make so many cap managing mistakes that they become more reliant than most in acquiring cheap talent on long-term deals through the draft.

well, the difference is Bilicheck has 6 rings and other superbowl appearances, regularly in playoffs and AFCCG....then its us..... so actually I question McVay....one superbowl does not make you a legend....
