GrossAnyway the producer can turn the camera off the guy eating and picking his teeth while others are talking?
Same with RJ on 105.3
LolMy leader.
I liked that he mentioned Smith's intelligence a couple of times.
Unfortunitly you are spot on.If our talent needs coaching up, a disciplined environment or non toxic culture they’ve come to wrong place . Lol
He said almost nothing. Just about not wanting a guy who could only play Center IIRC. Liked the fact that Smith had flexibility/potential to play LT down the road or if Smith 77 got injuredCan anyone summarize the Linderbaum part? I dont want to listen to this idiot
Because, maybe their scouting department did not have him as high as your scouting department.I have a forum weapon I'd like to use, but it'd violate the rules of this site. But yeah, I think that's crap coming from Stephen. Even if true, why not go Jermaine Johnson?
They wanted a guy who has position flex instead of a guy who is fixed at one spot. And Biadatz is getting betterCan anyone summarize the Linderbaum part? I dont want to listen to this idiot

Rusty, I am surprised !
Once he receives real coaching and putting him at OG should help. He was a good LT that used plain strength and athleticism, once his technique gets cleaned up he should be much better. Since none of the reports stated he was lazy he should progress quickly.Fair enough, and that's probably right. My hesitation with Tyler Smith is the penalties. I've said and will repeat that I see him as similar to Hotel Adams. He was a solid player, but the penalties would drive me mental.
