No it isn't. It's middle of the road. I don't see one guy there who commands any respect like Cooper did. Gallup and Ceedee succeeded because of Cooper's presence on the field. He allows others to get single coverage and can run free. We do not have a #1 WR talent wise on this team. Ceedee is a #2 talent. But he has the hands of TO but not even close to the talent/production to offset subpar hands.
disagree.
i'd take this group as a whole over last years and i love COOOOOOOOOOOOOP.

Unfortunately you are spot on

We go in circles too often. Some years we do improve and then we revert back soon after. The never ending mediocrity cycle we have been in closing in on 30 years. That will be the Jones family legacy because that was the exact time they started running things their own in terms of roster management. Sure, Jerry was here for those Super Bowls but that was all Jimmy. He knows it. Everyone knows it. That will not be his legacy. This mediocre junk is what he will be known for.

Dallas has not improved. They have simply replaced three proven NFL players with unproven rookies.

Smith could potentially come in and improve the run game pretty quickly at LG based merely off his athletic potential and strength. I think based off the tape he's not going to get pushed around like Williams did. We'll have to see.

I'm
You and a couple of other posters have made this site unbearable for me.

Do people confuse your man bun for a cystic growth?
One of the worst things to happen to this site was Eagles fans pretending to be Cowboy fans on this site.
I feel like everyone in the NFC East just got a lot better........except us.

Hard to say when these same teams have busts every year. None of these teams draft better than us.

Off topic as the Cowboys aren't picking, massive slate of Premier League matches this weekend. Burnley play tomorrow against Watford, and Everton face Chelsea on Sunday. Everton sit in the relegation zone ATM with 29 points and Burnley sit with 31 points. A Burnley win and an Everton loss would put Everton in serious danger of being relegated for the first time since 1951. As a Bournemouth fan, I simply must see Everton go down. I will never let Everton supporters live it down. Meanwhile, my AFC Bournemouth Cherries need 4 points to automatically clinch a return to the PL next season.

Improved from where we were after losing all our free agents? Sure I guess. Improved from last year's roster? Absolutely not. We are much worse off talent wise. We still have scrubs on this team and lost some real good talent we did not replace.

That is the goal. Improving your roster year to year. We got worse from last year's talent. And the guy we gave the extension to at WR is coming off a major injury and will miss part of the season to start.

This front office is a clown show in terms of roster management.

Unfortunately you are spot on

thats what happens when you overpay for mediocre talent and then have to let talented players go for cap.

Name a player who performed better or as good as contract year in Dallas in the last 4 -5 years …. ( Dlaw, Amari , Dak everyone …. )

I would say talent alone will not win the championships , you need the right attitude and hunger . Unfortunately I dont see in most of the players we have/ had in the last few years.
