I like what I see, but everything I've read says he's "average at best" blocking.

I don't see where it says he's a good blocker.

Weaknesses
Lacks desired physicality as an in-line blocker.
Needs to add core strength and determination.
Defensive ends play through him too easily.
Average burst off the line and into his routes.
Average leverage at the breakpoint.
Would benefit by settling in space more quickly.

Again, I wonder why we spent 7 figures for Schultz. These kind of guys are a dime a dozen.
