Cool now go buy another used car your Yugo has nor ran for 32 years.
I'm a Cowboys fan.

After not running for 32 years I blindly believe that when I wake up in the morning she's going to run like brand new. In the meantime I'll talk about how good she used to run and keep doing little things here and there pretending i'm fixing her and telling people how "this is the year she's gonna run!". Rinse and repeat.

He wakes up in a cold sweat!
He wakes up from a dream is more like it. Lol.

Zeke is no longer the same guy he was 3 years ago.

His best days are long behind him. He's just the peanut butter and Pollard is the Jelly. It's a 2 man band. I woulda drafted a RB 2-3 years ago

Id hitch his wagon to the next horse going out of town for 5-7 million rn, cut my losses, and bring in a winner. Why waste all that money and a season on a mediocre rb. We need to get better as a RB core.

We gotta learn when to get off of these players. It's not about the money or investment. It's about winning.

The derby winner has slipped down with the claimers. Thanks for playing. Next.

The raiders would take him. They'll take anybody lol.

Okay so can we say that your take is short sighted at best, without getting benched? Just asking ?

Look we get it. You believe that you do not pay rb's, people disagree with that stance, me being one of them.

I only go by what Dallas has done, and Dallas has never sniffed the "CHIP" with out a Bonafide RB. Not a 2 year rental. A RB where we said here's what we are doing,

Stop it if you are bad enough. That opens up the passing game

Then they better find another back to protect QB1 like he does. I know his yards per carry are down, but no back protects his QB as often or well as Zeke

Ding Ding Ding Ding !!!!! Yeah that's it. But those focused on analytics (BS) wouldn't understand that there are things that don't show up on the stat sheet

Zeke can be cutis Martin as he ages. He can get a few more 1000 yard seasons at 29, 30, and 31.

Those will be last place teams then. You will have to give him 300 carries just to get there. And if you do that, your offense will be in the toilet.

Next year the Cowboys need to draft a RB younger, faster, and stronger than Zeke has been for the last 4 years.

No, please dont take a pay cut. We need him outta here ASAP if there is any hope of revamped run game in Dallas. We must move on from the overpaid, over the hill, slow and plodding, doesnt like to share, wont come out when injured Zeke Elliott.
However----the FO wasn't compelled to draft a RB with one of their latter round draft picks.

Take 9 million a year but more guaranteed years. Stephen dumb *** only looks at money and will cut a one except the q b if they make too much.

His money is guaranteed for this season. He’ll be released after the season.

I have no doubts they think they are stacked at RB. It actually wouldnt be all that bad if they gave the ball much more to Pollard then they do. Or at least hot hand.
IMO - it's up to OC Moore to maximize Elliott's remaining skills PLUS unleashing Pollard’s underutilized abilities to elevate the Cowboys running game.
For starters - deploy a two halfback set - create running and passing plays to confuse defenses.

The game has worn him down.
It does it to the best of them.
But zeke can still block and punch the ball in to end zone from 2-3 yards. lol.

He's just not a differencemaker as a runner between the 20's because he's stuck in 2nd gear and has no speed.

This is like his 3rd year of not good enough to be the Lead RB.

Somebody has to make big plays to replace Wilson and Cooper. Besides Pollard. It's not gonna be Zeke.

Not every facet of our offense can be 3 yard runs and 3 yard dink and dunk checkdown passes to Schultz'kowski

We'd be last in offense if ya took out those 6 blowout division games.

I liked it better when our division was good

That's what I meant.

Fans held on to #82 for like 6-8
washed up years too long also. Lol.

That's what separates winning from mediocracy. Ya gotta do whatever it takes to improve enough to win.

Not remain the same. We gotta keep churning out hungrier players.

Good fo's woulda cut or traded Zeke 2 years ago.

Some players you can hold on too. Just not skilled players
