Which pick in the draft got you excited the most?

Tyler smith, the new left guard. I'm also excited about the big defensive tackle from Arkansas, the new wide receiver, and the tight end. He seems all business. I liked the comments from the wide receiver, how about changing the culture. That's been long overdue.

...yep, yep we needed new spark plug for the OL. Glad Conner and Collins are gone.

Think Williams + Fowler can = Gregory. Smith should be really good by end of the year. Tolbert is Gallup part 2. A potential really good #2.

Everyone else are solid rotation guys. I’m excited for the 2023 version of the North Dakota tackle and LSU LB. They may be monsters with a year to get healthy and develop.

Williams at 56 probably.

Smith I guess would be #2 as if he is what we hope he is it'll be nice to get some mean blockers up front.

but something about getting tolbert in the 3rd really got me.

It was Tolbert for me as well. I think he was probably the last of the WRs that could come in and make some immediate impact. It was very fortunate that he fell to us in the 3rd round.

...Actually...I like the OT Smith, has position flex at LG, I like the DE Williams, I like WR Tolbert to be the #3 WR...I like the Blocking TE Ferguson,
and the big NT Ridgeway...!

I thought the team had a great draft, top to bottom, and was really hoping for Sam Williams, but the two picks that excited me most were Clark and Ridgeway.

Lost all interest in that pick when I heard he was suspended for sexual battery. Most of the discussion about him during the Cowboys second day post draft had to do with his character. That was the first thing that came up about him.

None of the picks “excited” me. This was a weak draft. I just hope some of these players turn out to be real good players.Two or three of them are going to have to make a significant impact this season for the Cowboys to improve.

Gotta be Tyler Smith. I didn’t realize how strong he really was until I watched some of his tape.

Technique in the pass game will not be good to start, but he is going to run DTs into the ground. Power at LG we haven’t had in a long time.
