We still have Jabril Cox waiting in the wings. Last year was more of a red shirt year for Jabril after he got injured. Can’t wait to see him back.

I'm right there with ya. That front 7 is looking versatile and dynamic and I'm loving it. Incredible what a difference a couple of years can make.

To be fair, Smith couldn't handle 54 and had to change numbers. Giving away Romo's 9 though...not ok.

Dorance Armstrong has developed well too. I expect him to contribute more this year.

I'm pulling for Armstrong to take the next step. His trajectory looks good. My expectations are similar and I have a feeling he will exceed them. I'm thinking Ridgeway will be a problem for interior linemen which should give the other defenders opportunities to excel. Parsons, Lawrence, Gallimore, Williams, Armstrong, you can't double everyone and all of these guys can rush the passer. If the rooks can play, we may have something special here.

Im not sure if Williams will be able to be as disruptive as Gregory, but I like his potential. If Im being honest.. after watching his highlights, I don’t see a player OL’man are going to fear initially. Yet, I like his “lunch pail” style of play and tenacity.

Granted, Williams didn’t have much help on that Ole Miss DL. He still registered nice stats in the SEC despite the lack of talent around him.. and that says a lot imo. Atleast we won’t have to worry about the volatile emotions that Gregory seemed to carry. Williams seems motivated to prove could be the best DE/OLB in this draft. That’s the type of mindset that really separates him from Gregory. Not to mention, it won’t be hard for Williams to match (and/or surpass)Gregory’s statistical production.

Disagree. Gallimore flashed rushing the passer but I'd like to see some more consistency. The rest of the lot I can agree with.

Osa flashed earlier in the season last year before hitting the supposed “rookie wall”. As it seemed our entire DL hit that wall at once. Hopefully an infusion of talent and a number of younger vets gain another year of experience and strength

side note: I’d still prefer Dal sign a low-key veteran DT that can lead by example on the field.

Oh man, I completely forgot about Osa. He did well holding the fort while Gally was recovering. Kid is strong as an ox. Excited to see what a year in S&C will do for him.
