In the meantime, here’s a novel idea: let’s enjoy 2022!

We don’t know if the accusations were false but he put himself in a position to be accused and suspended. Whether they’re guilty or not it’s a distraction and raises concerns about the players character. That situation caused Williams to fall in the draft.
Anybody can be accused. We don't know the circumstances of Williams' situation.

We do know that false accusations have become common.

False accusers are rarely charged or prosecuted. The lack of penalty for doing it is a big reason that it continues to happen.

Obviously all accusations should be investigated; however, innocent until proven guilty is the motto of the American Judicial system.

If more than 1 person accused a player, then the probability of guilt increases dramatically, especially if the 2 accusers are not affiliated with each other.
- There was a player in this draft in that situation.
- He was arrested from what I recall.

I "liked" the first three, but them picking Waletzko got me excited because he was a Pet Cat of mine, and I think he has big potential to be a steal/starter
Props if he was on your radar before the draft.

He is the only pick that was completely off my radar.

Honestly, UDFA Garibay. He should solidify the kicking game. The last couple of years we had lost a few games to just inconsistent kicking.

What we know is that he was accused of sexual battery and was suspended. He fell in the draft because of it. Most of the Cowboys post draft was answering questions about his character. We’re always looking for value in the second round with players that have fallen due to injury or character concerns.

CB Lewis had that hanging over him but it has not been an issue.

That safety you pried from the eagles in UDFA was a big get. I’ll be watching him.

Smith was fine in the first, I’m not a big fan of off the field issues in the second round, otherwise the WR in the third looks solid

None. Nothing other than a top tier QB can overcome our inept organization.

Tolbert may be the best value pick we made,Sam Williams is another risky 2nd RD pick.

I'll go Damone Clark. Hopefully he is able to be a good player again post-surgery and redshirt year.
