Life so easy and complicated at the same time

So, my computer crashed big time so I had to do a total refresh, lost everything, account numbers and some other not really important numbers and passwords. I've been working on restoring back for the last three days. I got almost everything up and running except my email account...I forgot the password and my username to my internet provider. Stupid is as stupid does.

So I go to their page and try to retrieve both, and nothing but those talking bots...cannot connect with a live agent.

It makes me enter some info and they tell me that will send me my username to my email? I cannot get into my email because I don't know my password that is why I called.

Then it tells me to enter my email account number and they will send my password after I change it to my email.

What in the hell do I do now?

No...but other sites did, like my bank and stuff. They wanted my phone number and they send me a code to reset an account...not this internet provider. Hurts my tiny brain!
