The AJ Brown trade was brilliant for the Titans. I wish the Cowboys had their thought process

may not be elite YET but Great NOT just very good..get passed if. Show me the chart of the yards given up by all top 10 CBS and then show me their INTs etc and tds scored or given up..real charts not just saying diggs gave up the most who in his league was next what were their yards and critical stats..

sort of like a QBR for QB Diggs is great because he didn't give up a lot of Tds but also added Tds and his INTS led to scores for us and killed drives by the other team..they were deep pop up accidents they were aggressive plays made on the ball = highly skilled...ie special.

stop the Herbert nonsense, if we blame dak for lack of team sucess

15-17 record

Justin Herbert has a 15-17 record in his career.
dak was 13-3 and a playoff berth as rookie with Garett as his HC. Debate
over.

now ,lets stop the nonsense
No where did I mentioned Dak in the response. Just discussing if he would have been picked by this FO and some of the concerns that some of the scouts had. Don't know where you interpret a dig Dak from this.

AJ Brown is good but not elite similar to Dak. The WR is exploding so instead of paying elite money for a good player they traded him and replaced him with a similar player on a rookie contract + got an additional 3rd round pick. There is no guarantee Burks will be a Pro Bowl WR but teams have to trust their scouting (including scouting their own players). In the 2020 draft the Dolphins were aggressively trying to move up from the 5th pick to the 1st pick in order to draft Burrow. They were willing to sell the farm. If the Cowboys offered Dak for the 5th pick and maybe the Texans 2021 1st round pick they would have likely agreed to the deal. We could have selected Herbert with the 2020 5th overall pick and been in a much better situation.

Aside from the confusion imbedded in these sentences, do you REALLY believe any of the top five teams or top 10 teams in the 2020 NFL draft would choose Dak over Justin Herbert?
:laugh::lmao::lmao2:

The San Francisco 49ers showed the league what they think of Dak. Aint nobody giving up a first round pick for Dak Prescott. Love him or hate him, he's ours for the foreseeable future.

Uh....how did the 49ers "show the league" what they thought of Dak?

This should be good lol

Jerry made his fortune by taking risks. Now he is letting his son (who has accomplished nothing significant) run things.
That observation could be correct.
It just a big change in how they run things.
Even last year they moved back a few spots and picked up a third rounder in the first round.

So now i have to go search bc you won't tell me?
Yep!
I figured if you follow the Cowboys you know what Troy Aikman said after we summarily were 1 and done in the most recent playoffs. If not, I'd rather you verify it for yourself.

just stop please stop nonsensical posts please go be titans fan OP we wish you well..i bet you wont whine about their lack of playoff sucess and zero SB wins EVER.

Throughout their history, the Titans have played in the Super Bowl once (XXXIV), when they lost 23–16 to the St. Louis Rams. Led by Steve McNair and Eddie George, the Titans made the playoffs in all but one season from 1999 to 2003, but only made the playoffs twice in the next thirteen years.

over all record Record (W-L-T):
463-480-6

Playoff Record: 17-23

recently 3 straight playoff losses, sure one AFCCG appearance but a loss.. right no driought to see here lol

Jerry 3 sb wins, titans zero
another dak hate thread and such an ignorant comp for sure you don't compare how a team handled a wr vs a qb..:huh:

. the AC trade was what you would compare it too because paying 35mil to the Tannehill is out of range for his talent...that etam was susucessful because of the run game foirst..no comparison. when we lost our run game lat inthe season is when we struggle.

dak is better then Brown thats a fact those trolls above saying different also some clueless fans..

Damn, nice post brother. Obviously we've had our issues, but you're dead on as far as I'm concerned. TBH though, I actually like AJ Brown a lot and I think it's a big loss for them. Sure they got a young stud, but there's no guarantee he will develop to be the player Brown is. The Titans offense regressed this year probably because they lost an offensive coordinator who was doing a good enough job in Tennessee to get a head coaching spot. I believe Brown regressed more so because of that than anything else.

Minnesota going from Diggs to Jefferson was awesome, but not the norm. People are taking it for granted that Burks will be a stud. He may very well be, but we don't know that yet.

This is a qb starved league. Dak would've got paid somewhere else if not here. That is why he handled negotiations as he did. He had all the leverage.
