Probably a business type agreement or something. Doubt it’s him joining the team as a coach.

The issue is that NFL rules severely restrict the time that coaches can spend with players in the off-season prior to training camp.

There are zero restrictions on how much time players can spend with a guy like Manyweather.
That is interesting because everyone wants to blame Philbon for the offensive line regression. I think the issue was the dependency on Tyron, Zach and Frederick. The Cowboys expected Collins to step up and become our best linemen. Obviously that did not happen. Tyler has a chance to be our best linemen by the end of the year. That excites me for the future. Martin and Tyron need be solid while the young guys take over. I have high expectations on Steele and Badacz.

This is a very good point, it's so annoying that the CBA restricts development in house

Duke left Dallas HQ without a contract. Word is the team was shocked he didn’t want to offer his services pro bono.

Maybe they didn’t want to validate his parking pass.

If there wasn’t something scheduled at 10, I would’ve believed this without second thoughts.

Love this… Believe he is the one who worked with Steele. I recall a podcast where he was interviewed and talked about it.

Hope we bring him on board. As of right now the guy holds coaching camps and trains different players from around the league

Great news for the OL if true. I've heard he was working with Steele and the biggest reason for his development.

Duke worked for the Cowboys a few years back(not in a coaching capacity that Im aware of). I normally share drinks with him when we come to Dallas. Great guy and busts his arse. I hope he does work with the boys again.

He’s worked with everybody lol.

Evan Neal, Trevor Penning, Slater, Lane Johnson, Steele etc.

He worked with UDFA James Empey as well

Seems like a technician, as you mentioned. Not really sure that translates to blocking schemes though.

People not blaming Philbin, while Callahan revamped the Browns line in his first year there to one of the best, if not best.
