Our fanbase is literally ugly. Too many negative Nancy's. It's shocking they don't get tired of hearing themselves.

If they're like that with a football team on a forum, can only imagine what they're like outside of the forum!
You cut me deep.

Depends on how much they love the Cowboys. There are a number of players that give us their all because they don't wear the star. That player is thinking they could have had me at......if they wanted to, so screw them. I'm going to kill them when I play them. When you give a player like that any kind of edge at all, they'll take it. It's just human nature.

And if you don't understand the vengeful nature of man, then you're a *****cat in a world of wolves.

But that wasn't your point. You're point was that they were looking at the board that was leaked and saying oh hey instead of being number 1 they have me ranked number 2. GRR Cowboys must destroy!. And that is weak. There wasn't anyone we passed on in the first round who would have taken it personally. You can keep trying to twist this into you being right, but sometimes buddy, fantasy never becomes reality.

It's not about who's right or wrong. It's about me voicing my personal belief. Personal beliefs vary, just like opinions. There is nothing you can say to get me to change my personal belief about the situation. So here you are claiming to be right, when you not even smart enough to realize the difference between a personal belief and a factual statement. And if you're looking at this as a right and wrong disagreement then you're probably looking at it as a win or lose disagreement. So guess what you lose. Because, as I stated earlier, there's nothing you can say to get me to change my personal beliefs.

If someone states an opinion or a personal belief, you can say you disagree or that you believe they've overreached. But trying to claim they're wrong is just ludicrous. So this conversation is over, because I didn't realize I was talking to an irrational individual.

Have a good day mister.

Found this online - not sure it’s right but it looks like someone tried to decipher the 2nd round also:

1. Kayvon Thibodeaux, DE, Oregon: drafted fifth overall by the Giants.

2. Evan Neal, OT, Alabama: drafted seventh overall by the Giants.

3. Aidan Hutchinson, DE, Michigan: drafted second overall by the Lions.

4. Garrett Wilson, WR, Ohio State: drafted 10th overall by the Jets.

5. Ahmad Gardner, CB, Cincinnati: drafted fourth overall by the Jets.

6. Derek Stingley, CB, LSU: drafted third overall by the Texans.

7. Travon Walker, DE, Georgia: drafted first overall by the Jaguars.

8. Kyle Hamilton, S, Notre Dame: drafted 14th overall by the Ravens.

9. Ikem Ekwonu, OT, North Carolina State: drafted sixth overall by the Panthers.

10. Drake London, WR, USC: drafted eighth overall by the Falcons.

11. Jordan Davis, DT, Georgia: drafted 13th overall by the Eagles.

12. Charles Cross, OT, Mississippi State: drafted ninth overall by the Seahawks.

13. Lewis Cine, S, Georgia: drafted 32nd overall by the Vikings.

14. Jameson Williams, WR, Alabama: drafted 12th overall by the Lions.

The second-round grades on the front of the paper appear to be:

15. Chris Olave, WR, Ohio State: drafted 11th overall by the Saints.

16. Tyler Smith, OL, Tulsa: drafted 24th overall by the Cowboys.

17. Devin Lloyd, LB, Utah: drafted 27th overall by the Jaguars.

18. Daxton Hill, S, Michigan: drafted 31st overall by the Bengals.

19. Breece Hall, RB, Iowa State: drafted 36th overall by the Jets.

20. Kenyon Green, OG, Texas A&M: drafted 15th overall by the Texans.

21. George Karlaftis, DE, Purdue: drafted 30th overall by the Chiefs.

22. Zion Johnson, OG, Boston College: drafted 17th overall by the Chargers.

23. Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas: drafted 18th overall by the Titans.

24. Kyler Gordon, CB, Washington: drafted 39th overall by the Bears.

25. Tyler Linderbaum, C, Iowa: drafted 25th overall by the Ravens.

26. David Ojabo, DE, Michigan: drafted 45th overall by the Ravens.

27. Jahan Dotson, WR, Penn State: drafted 16th overall by the Commanders.

28. Jermaine Johnson, DE, Florida State: drafted 26th overall by the Jets.

29. Kaiir Elam, CB, Florida: drafted 23rd overall by the Bills.

30. Arnold Ebiketie, DE, Penn State: drafted 38th overall by the Falcons.

31. Trent McDuffie, CB, Washington: drafted 21st overall by the Chiefs.

32. Quay Walker, LB, Georgia: drafted 22nd overall by the Packers.

33. Devonte Wyatt, DT, Georgia: drafted 28th overall by the Packers.

34. Logan Hall, DE, Houston: drafted 33rd overall by the Buccaneers.

Did anyone hear anything on how the Cowboys graded Williams and Tolbert? Did they give them 2nd or 3rd round grades? I'm not sure if the list above is all of their 2nd round grades. It looks like the list Jerry held up had 39 names in total so the above list might not have caught the names on the bottom of the page. Also, we don't know if they had additional 2nd rounders on the next page.

Bingo. Either they switched it for the presser or the organization is dumber than we thought. So much for taking the BPA. This usually doesn't work out. The last time we ignored the board, we ended up taking Taco over TJ Watt.
On blogging the Boys they said that whoever figured out the list made the error.

Nobody figured out the list. Jerry is holding it up for the world to see at his presser.

At the very least, it shows the cowboys did not follow their draft board.

I try not to read too much into appearances or manufactured perceptions. We’re all just speculators here. That’s not a popular view for the seriously “enlightened”, but I’m not too concerned.

Ever see the movie “Nobody”, with Bob Odenkirk? Thumbs up, man.

I'm amazed at how alot of our fans take this and turn it into bash Jerry lol yall are wild!
Is it bashing if we are showing the truth? Clearly...we reached for a player with a lower grade on their board. That isn't very sound drafting.

When he held it up on Thursday night, well have you go.

I think this is complete BS. I'm not saying you couldn't decipher the thing he showed on camera. But this doesn't look right to me at all.

Giants got the best 2 players in the draft. They were the best out of high school. The best as freshmen. The best in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Jerry Dumbo GM Jones could have put a package together with Cooper and draft picks instead of giving Cooper away like a GM Dumbo.

Lol thats like me saying I believe the world is flat and i can't be wrong because it's my belief that world is flat. You are right, I can't change you're belief. And you can say this isn't a right or wrong situation. But the fact remains, you posted your belief, and I posted my belief that it was a weak comparison. You then tried to change it to make your position sound better which I called out. So you can change it again and make it personal but as you said, can't change beliefs.

My point never changed. Highly competitive people will take any little thing someone gives them and use it as motivation. So my point has been the same throughout this whole conversation. I believe one of these drafties could use Dallas's draft board as motivation. Especially if they were diehard Cowboy fans. Capiche?

he was their 16th ranked player in the whole draft and they got him at 24, sounds like great value to me. And DUH you take the position of need if the players are in the same ballpark. If chiefs have a QB as their best player when they are on the board and their next best player is an olineman who do you think they’re drafting? (hint it’s not the qb). BPA is always going to integrate some level of need factor into it. You know that
