see the overreaction above calling for phibins job and clueless to who this guy is and what he does,,

its similar to the camp Ware puts on and picks out elite defenders like Parsons last year and works with them as Indvidual's ie similar to personal trainer.. hes a hired gun not positional coach,.

Some guy on one of the Dallas shows says he hopes Tyler works out with Ware. Says aware really helped Tyron.

As I grow older and our front office grows non to wiser, I am so over us bringing the OL, Strength & Conditioning, special team, QB, etc, guru's. Been there, done that and bought the t-shirt. Nothing seems to ever come of these guys even if they come over...
