Until the second half of last year he was avg in the ball park of 1200 and 6. He was performing until he stopped getting targets.
He should've been in double digits in TD's every year - no way was he worth $20mil per .........

The Cowboys valued getting rid of Coopers contract more than they did the compensation they would get for him.

Once they had a trading partner and his contract was going away, the compensation was insignificant.

That might not be the way anyone outside of Stephen and Jerry view the trade, but then, it doesn't matter because they don't answer to anyone. If they are happy it was a good deal.

I think this year's team will be more consistent than last year's team. But that's because of the offensive line.

We really overrate Coop. I’m not sure why fans think a guy who has collapsed on two different teams is going to excite others looking for that franchise receiver to take them all the way.

Bold - have you noticed that - played good the first half of the season - is a recurring theme for last years team.

Dak played very good, the o-line, Moore called good games, heck even Gregory balled out the first half on the season...

So what happened?

IMO the level of competition got better and teams figured Moore out.

I think the Browns will target him correctly so we'll see after next year.

Yes we got took

Other star recievers traded will be paid similar or already have plus his contract has already been reworked. Coops production was good until he was not the main focus the second half of the season. Warner had a couple breakdown videos of Coop wide open(plus others) / breaking people's ankles while Dak doesn't even look his way and throws a checkdown pass. Other teams will make a point to focus their star reciever and force it in there to make plays.

In reality something happened behind closed doors besides the dak rumors and they wanted him out asap.

Jerry and Stephen are both going to be holding their breath the receiving core they have in place gets it done. With all the coverage rolling over to CeeDee and Gallup likely to miss several games to start the regular season this could get ugly without Cooper having to be accounted for. With the issues on the OL this could have a real affect on Dak’s performance. If our WRs don’t step up leading to a struggling passing game and Cooper were to excel in Cleveland there’s going to be a MEGA meltdown on this board.
Nah, it's only the same crybabies that ruin this board. Yet, time always proves them wrong. How do people in their personal lives put up with them?

Top 5 route runner in the league but Dak wants to spread the ball around.

Bottom line, imo, the reason Cooper isn't here is because
"alledgedly" he called Dak a version of Kirk Cousins.

If you know the actual quote, you know.

Amari Cooper is not going to make the difference between winning a championship or not. He's not that guy.

That's fair.
Only Cooper Kupp can do that.
I mean, it required 150+ targets but he did it.
