I’ll save everyone the suspense and say it’s trading for Deion Jones, but they don’t say what they’d trade.

Absolutely horrific idea but I expect nothing else from the OP who is famous for saying coaching is never to blame, it’s always the players (even though the greatest coach in NFL history, Bellichick, says otherwise)

It says a trade idea, I don't know what is click bait about it. It didn't say it was happening. Are you miserable?
Nope I'm not miserable. Miserable people are the ones who are not happy with what they have. You think this is a good trade idea, so you sound like the miserable one.
:muttley:I was just thinking about how anyone can post ideas and have Cowboy fans falling all over themselves behind them. That sounds like click bait to me.

Happy with what they have? They still need LB help, you worrying about others discussing a position that still could use help sounds miserable to me...lol

Nope, I was just thinking about how I can potentially make some money off of malcontent Cowboy fans.

Jones is due almost $10 million this year and $12 next year. I do not see the Cowboys taking on that salary for a players whose PFF grade in 2021 was under 35. I like Quinn but I do not see him turning Jones around that much.

I think LVE and Jabril Cox will be fine with Parsons. Cox is quick and a good tackler and he can cover. Everyone is talking about the steal of the draft by the Eagles Nakobe Dean who they got in the 3rd round (83) but remember the Cowboys took Jabril Cox in the 4th round (115) and he too was a top rated LB going into the draft.

Trading for an undersized overpaid minimite gimmicky LB is not the answer.

And that's not even mentioning his chronic shoulder issues and struggles against the run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A team trading for him would inherit his base salary is 9.6M for 2023 and 12M for 2024.

Not happening! Quinn loved Wagner and they didn't cave to his contract demands, they aren't trading for a lesser player making more money.
