If you look at it from this particular pick only, I can see how it would seem that way and not gonna argue otherwise.

Just don't want em doing it as a philosophy, and they did it last year at 44 also.

When there's 14-16 1st round grades and you're picking 24th, I get it.

I'm fine with the Smith pick and the LT upside winning out.

Nope, not everyone cried about Zeke's contract, you just think everyone cried about it because you were in the middle of the mob that was crying. I remember ppl like you were so happy when Zeke was drafted without a thought in the world about what it would cost to keep him. When you draft top-notch talent you have to understand it's coming with a top-notch contract as soon as that rookie contract can be replaced... so don't cry about it. Yes, Lamb is still on his rookie deal but he has a big payday coming and you know you will cry.

I've never seen this guy play an NFL snap or that guy play an NFL snap, but Dallas didn't draft the best player available.

Well how do you know that if you've never seen either guy play a snap in the NFL?

Because that guy was rated higher.

I knew what position they would be drafting in every round.
The Cowboys left a lot of way better players on the board.
I knew the second they passed up Jermaine Johnson they were following a script.

Lewis Cine is better than Jermaine Johnson..
