Diggs is the most underrated player on the Cowboys. Some idiot fans want to trade him next offseason so they won’t have to pay him.:facepalm:

I know. I've read posts saying it would be a mistake to pay him. As long as Jerry extends him after this year, his big cap hits won't show up until 2025. The cap should be much higher by then. We're in good shape.

By a mile! This isn’t even debatable.

ANYONE who knows ANYTHING about football is laughing his *** off at this really stupid post.
I agree your post is really stupid and I am laughing. :lmao2:

You have at a minimum 3 guys rushing the QB sometimes 4 some times 5 or moreodds are sacks will happen more often. as DB your guy is 1 of upto 5 possible targets. If your guy is not targeted your chances at an int are pretty much zero unless a ball is batted or something The stats bare that out. What were the most sacks by any one team last year, what were the best INT numbers. I am willing to bet the best intercepting team did not have more INTs than the best QB sacking team.

He plays like he is the receiver he said that in an interview once and he really does
i luv the guy but hope he does tighten up his coverage some not pull back much aggression but need him to not bite on double moves for big chuck plays..all DBS get beat for sure..MI used to eat Sanders lunch but as young player i believe he can still tighten that up a little.i luv the aggression the INT are game changers and that important,

I would agree. Sacks are much more prevalent around the league than INTS. Look at Rodgers for the extreme example. He has been sacked 498 times and thrown 93 INTS over his career. BTW his stats are ridiculous. 93 INTS?1? Been a starter since 2008. That's just silly.

Whatever, INT's are far more impactful.

The opponent can recover after a sack and still keep the drive going. An INT is a change of possession and often the game itself.

A D-lineman certainly has less space to cover and needs to catch the QB.

A cornerback has to cover the receiver in space before going for the ball and then he has to catch it.

It isn't even really debatable. There more more sacks per season than interceptions. The end.
Yes, this is true, but as I mentioned earlier Diggs doesn't need to use that knowledge as a reason to think INT at all times. As good as he is, he has shown that at times he is vulnerable to moves and can give up big plays because he will try to position himself for the INT and lose track of the receiver.

And yet your not going to get paid more then a pass rusher Diggs. Does it really have to be a competition, you basically through half the defense under the bus and play a position that takes very little physical damage. Try getting those ints with no pass rush. I like Diggs but he sounds pretty cocky. I wonder if they’ll resign him or just trade him in a few years.
