Nah....he's just hating....simple as that.....didn't realize he had a PR guy to speak for.him.

He’s telling it like it is and I agree. I’ll wager anything Bill Belichick would’ve moved on from him regardless of his draft selection. If you’re a player on the Pats who was at the scene of a murder involving friends of yours and were named a person of interest it would have been see ya!

Hey, Jerry's knocked up several women that aren't his wife and asked that 1 (that we know of) to keep quiet about it with an NDA. Maybe from Jerry's perspective game recognizes game so he's keeping him around.

So you think it’s all crap that he was named a person of interest in a murder involving friends of his? He even put himself at the scene of the crime. Some of you will defend any young player the Cowboys have that you have hopes for. Some of you could care less about character and if player is implicated in a crime.

I think people oversell the "what would Belichick do" line. If the team felt the kid had talent and could really help the team if he gets through a suspension and keeps clean, even Belichick would hold on to him. Did he not take on Josh Gordon after his issues? If he felt the player could keep clean he'd use him.

I'm probably in the minority here but I think that although Bossman is bigger and faster, Brown is the better cb. If we want to replace Brown I'd look elsewhere.

Belichick cut Aaron Hernandez 2 hours after he was arrested. Having a young player who was only a special teams player as a rookie being named a person of interest in a murder involving someone they knew would have gotten them released.

Kind of knowing one of them is one too many. He was associating with both of them. I’m sure he’s trying to distance himself from both. That’s typical when a crime occurs especially a murder.

There's pulling the trigger and there's associating with. KJ was not arrested was he?

You don’t have to pull the trigger to be found just as guilty or be an accomplice. This is still being investigated. This could take months even years to get to the bottom of it. Two years from now there could be breaking news that Joseph has been arrested in connection with this murder.

Could be or this could be all there'll be. But he's free now and working and the team's not giving him away.

Right now he’s free until the investigation is complete and the case is closed. In the mean while the team is having to answer questions about him when they’re preparing for the upcoming season. Even if nothing comes of this criminally for Joseph the league still could suspend him. Hard to count on him for this season with a cloud hanging over him.

It's all crap that you think you know everything and have to answer for others! That's what is crap.

You think everything is crap that you don’t agree with. I know what we all know that he was named a person of interest in a murder involving at least one person he knew, that he’s trying to distance himself from. If he wasn’t a second round pick he would have been released. He still may end up being released. He’s created a distraction…fact!

Kelvin Joseph should have productively reached out and helped the victim's family by now. Is he even going to try...or does he not care? How about the Cowboys? You are supporting a costly drafted player WHO WAS a part of the killing group. What are Jerry and the Cowboys going to do to help that poor family?

can you imagine being a lifelong Cowboys fan, and then a player is involved in your sons murder?

I love all the hot takes teams come up with for their "key" players in the off season. This guy has taken command of the offense...this guy is working harder than I have ever seen...that guy has become a team leader....yadda, yadda. Zeke was in the best shape of his life last off season and early on, and we know what happened a few weeks in. Guess news is news on a slow news day
It's not like they call the local news station saying, "Hey, guess what? So and so is doing great, I've never been happier!" The get asked questions, and they answer them.

Kelvin Joseph Having 'Productive Offseason,' Reveals Cowboys Coach Mike McCarthy

kelvin-j.webp

FRISCO - Dallas Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy initially insisted that he had nothing new to offer to the public in regard to the beleaguered Kelvin Joseph.

But then, in his Friday meeting with the media here inside The Star, he did indeed provide two glimpses into what is going on with the second-year cornerback, who is still with the despite his connection to a drive-by murder in Dallas last month.

McCarthy's first revelation was about something bigger than football.

"I understand the concern, and I just want you to know that when the situation occurred, we had a lot of internal conversation that was really in-depth,'' he said. "Based off the information we've been given, we felt it was important to support him.''

This is a subtly significant position. It essentially suggests that the Cowboys are comfortable with what they've learned about the tragic incident, and that they are comfortable with what Joseph has told them about it.

The second issue is football-related. Said the coach: He's been here every day and he's having a very productive offseason so far."

Yes, a productive offseason.

Family of Cameron Ray, sue the pants off Jerry as an enabler, the NFL for embracing such cry finals and the gun manufacturer

After he was arrested for murder. KJ hasn't been arrested for anything thus far. Wasn't Hernandez a known gangster or something long before the murder?
