Lamb was graded higher as a draft prospect. Kupp is one of best right now but Lamb is 23 years old and this will be a big year for him.
Without Cooper, Lamb will struggle to match last year's production.

Everyone is rushing to make these 3 players HOF material and demanding massive contracts.
Where were they vs the Niners??????????????????????????????????????????????????
Anyone?????? cause looking good against the NFC East inept QB and defenses is not what greatness is about!

Micah played well, and he's a certified monster. He's the only of those 3 I would fur sure keep at all costs.

Exactly, and I think we might be able to get as much if not more for CeeDee. I say that's better than resigning him or letting him go in FA because we could build even more with additional 1st round picks.
Nobody is giving us that kind of deal for CD. he just doesn't have the skins on the wall to for us to get that kind of haul. Everybody on this board knows exactly what will happen. He will put up good numbers and he will be resigned to a large extension. I may not like or agree with it, but I think that is exactly what will happen.

I expect him to get an extension, but I'd prefer to trade him.

But if the numbers are right, not $25M per season, give him the extension if he produces. I really don't get he fascination with trading away good, proven talent for unproven draft picks. If his contract is reasonable, sign him. If he wants ridiculous money, find a trade partner. Fortunately we don't have to worry about this right now.

I hear that, but I'm just saying, if he ends up wanting say $25 mil per season, then trading him might be a better option. Plus, if we can get what the Titans got for AJ Brown, we could do quite a lot with those picks. It's not so much to trade talent. It's to try to use what the Cowboys do best in the offseason to accelerate the building. Plus, excluding I think it was 2014 where the best WR was Lance Treadwell who flamed out quickly, you can find solid WRs early in the draft most years. I like CeeDee. Do not misunderstand me. But, I like multiple high picks better than him getting $25 mil. Think how quickly we can accelerate the building of the oline and Dline as well as adding another top WR in the draft.
