Great post. But make no mistake, the Cowboys are lucky to some extent due to the Eagles QB. Moves like they made remind me of what they did prior to the 2017 season. Their offseason was in stark contrast to the Cowboys. Not even close. They're not just building through the draft. They are making moves to win now. They trade, they're active in FA, and they're active in the draft moving up and down. Their weak point is their QB. Without a doubt they fix that for 2023. They have the draft capital to do it.

This doesn't mean what they did will turn up roses, but it is a clear effort to do so. The Cowboys will do zero to counter this, and take whatever falls to them in the draft.

yeah no doubt, their FO looks really smart right now except for the fact they’d be better with Wentz than Hurts right now lol. Not much, but a little.

I’m excited about the moves to be honest on offense . I think Tolbert and Washington along with Ferguson at TE are going to make nice targets for Dak .

Spending a number one on an interior lineman hopefully Smith remains interior not tackle is an upgrade over 52 who looked overmatched and an improved line helps both run / pass game. Let’s do it !

That list is weird. Overall I would take the offenses in the "Almost Elite" over the ones in the "Elite" category. The Buccs are being overrated heavily and the Packers just lost their best playmaker. Meanwhile the Bills might be the best offense in football, the Cowboys have been consistently top 3, the Bengals had an elite offense last year with a bad OLine and rebuilt said OLine, and the Browns have a very good set of offensive pieces themselves.

Meanwhile I would also have the Steelers at 32 for the simple reason that there is nothing positive to say about their offense. Their OLine is terrible, their QB situation is bad, and their weapons are nonexistent. I would expect them to be the worst ranked offense in football this year.

How are the Chargers elite? Having said that I would take Herbert over almost any QB but they aren’t elite yet.

In my opinion? Tampa and Green Bay ranked too high, Buffalo ranked too low.
I think GB is too high and Buffalo is criminally underrated. They were 13 seconds away from most likely winning the Super Bowl.

You answered our own questions. Herbert. He is expected to take another leap.
Burrow, Herbert, Allen, Mahomes, Watson.. the AFC is loaded.

The Cowboys are "on paper" champions, at best, until they prove otherwise. It's been a while.
