Even the pro bowl skill challenges are becoming a joke. Some of the players don’t even put any effort in those. Tyreek Hill just jogged through the fastest man race. It’s obvious players just go there to have some fun and goof around. Years ago players took the pro bowl game and the skill challenges seriously. I’m sure the pro bowl ratings are getting worse every year. Most fans don’t care to watch the game.

I haven't watched it in years and I'm not going to start back.

It has become a total embarrassment for the game. Yet the NFL's will ***** itself out for any money it can get.

Dump the game.

yep .. .except the NFL prides and markets itself as the top team sports in the entire world.
How does it explain all other major sports having their own all star game - ala NBA, MLB, even NHL,
but yet the powerfully popular NFL itself has to totally disappear when it comes to All star games ?

It's already been "touch football" for years. So now they want to add flags?

Anyone remember YEARS AGO when safety Roy Williams lit that WR up in the Pro Bowl game?

I watched parts of the game for the first time in three years and it was boring! It’s obvious players don’t want to get hurt. It was like watching a game of touch. There was no tackling just grabbing players and stopping them. Defenses allowed offenses to walk into the end zone from the 5 yard line. The pro bowl has turned into a complete joke.

No game. It’s unnecessary and no one wants to get injured (even in flag).

Give the players the recognition and time off.

I remember back in the day I loved watching this game, with all the stars playing with and against each other. Now the star players playing in the Super Bowl don’t play and there are a lot of players that opt out and we have a lot of mediocre players. A lot of this is probably due to the fact the games are no longer in Hawaii. And now, of course the rules are awful. It’s a far cry from what it used to be.

They should put all the pro bowlers on a Madden game and get two fans to play each other...and televise the game with the players watching themselves and showing there reactions......and maybe chugging some beers!

Partner up with the WWE for a Royal Rumble, put Aaron Donald in as the first contestant and let the entertainment happen.

They should just change it to some type of skills competition and be done with it.

Pro bowl has become an embarrassment and means nothing to most. "Pro bowl player" who cares its damn near a popularity contest now.

Skill challengers almost a joke. Players jog through drills and the game has already been touch football for years.

The last complete Pro Bowl I watched was in 1998 when Neil Smith and Kevin Gogan got into a fight.

The pro bowl nowadays isn’t near physical enough for anyone to get into a fight.
