My brother-in-law has his account set up for a 2 step verification every 30 days. He said he hasn't received the login code from his email.

Any help on this so I can tell him how to get back online.

Thanks,
Wayne

In looking at the logs, if he has an att.net or bellsouth.net email address it looks like AT&T is blocking the email for some reason.

There is nothing we can do about it from our end.

hum, not sure if he can if he can't login. I'll call him and see.
He might be able to do it when he requests the verification code and the code could be going to his junk mail or spam mail

I just got off the phone with him and he said they were only two options, email code, and backup code. He didn't see any option to change his email address.

The mods here have to change his email in here to match his new one.

I kept trying make a new account from the same device to let them know it was me. They changed my email on their side and I was allowed back in.

any recommendation on a mod?
You can't control that. But if they see the same IP address then they'll figure it out. In his reasons for joining he needs to let them know his user name, why he can't log back in, and his new email.

are they a way to stop the 2 step verification process once you switch to it?
