May as well put robots out there. It can be done. They have robot vacuums and robot lawn mowers. Just let them all randomly roam around like the old electric football games that the field vibrated.
In this case the coaches can remote control them to line up and play. Or better yet, let the players each remotely control their own robot self
Like a live Madden game. :laugh:

If it does protect better, maybe they can brave having normal onside kicks again....what a joke this league has become.

Should be mandatory for helmets to have a space for the helmet decal - same way as cars must have a number plate space.

The outside of a helmet, the design has little to do with protection, especially concussions.
What is important is the inside, and no one cares about that lol.

it wont protect better, and could possibly be worse.
The reason for new designs in helmets, and uniforms is nike wants to sell more to the billionaire owners.
They might also be trying to appeal to women and the younger audience.
I like the old round helmets, all they needed was better insides, and some holes or slits to let the heat out.

It's possible they put that ridge on the side to deflect the energy up or down, rather than directly toward the head. I'm looking forward to seeing the explanation.

I really believe this version of the helmets should look much better if they included the iconic star that's missing from the newer ones!

Hopefully, the newest version of this bad mistake of the Cowboys helmets should include the star decals that are so woefully missing.

Let's face it folks, presenting our faithful fans with a helmet that doesn't include the iconic star that's been our symbol so long is crazy.

Let's face it, the thing that Ezekiel has on display in the early model of that abomination is the ugliest version of a helmet imaginable!

They look cool.
And I know the NFL is doing a lot of research into trying to prevent concussions so I hope these are a step up from previous models.
But in my opinion, if they want guys to stop leading with their heads, they need to go to a style that offers minimal protection. Maybe something like one that is just an all padded, no hard outer shell helmet with a vented full face shield.
